The Maui Kaanapali Villas are within walking distance of the Whalers Village for shopping and dining. This second-floor condo has stairs to its entrance, no elevators. This was the perfect villa for the two of us! The villa was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean. The lanai overlooked the walking trail and the pool. The complex grounds are beautiful. The onsite restaurant is awesome with great food, drinks and views. Beach chairs and were available in the villa for the beach that was not even 50 yards away. The walking trail is so convenient and easy to get to Kaanapali Beach or to Westin and Dukes. We loved this villa and we loved this property. Can't wait to return.

We spent 4 weeks in Unit E290 and enjoyed it. Location within the resort is excellent, and the view from the doorwall/balcony is also excellent. We spent much time on the balcony. Shower/bathroom is nice, and bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the "living room" furniture that much as we spent nearly all our time within the unit on the balcony. Kitchen and appliances were good. The full wall of glass opening to balcony along with the window around the corner allowed much light inside. Small privacy issue with window and unit next door. Storage space for clothing is limited. Any hanging clothes must be hung in utility closet, sharing space with broom, dustpan, ironing board, etc. Dresser drawer space is also limited. It took a couple of days to get beach towels and a minor maintenance issue (damaged recessed light in shower) remains unresolved. Both kitchen and bathroom cabinets below sink were "open" where plumbing goes thru wall. We took action with Maui Kaanapali Villas to have kitchen opening closed. Bathroom cabinet below sink still needs cabinet "backing" put on. The resort is quiet at night, and nicely located along Kaanapali Beach with good restaurant options in both directions. Overall, we thought the resort and unit were a very good value, and we would stay there again.

We loved our Stay here. The unit was in a great location, and the view from the lanai was spectacular. The murphy bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this unit.
