1204 is a lovely & comfortable condo at The Mahana at Kaanapali with a view that is incredible. From your lanai, you can see Molokai & Lanai. With free parking (no assigned space) & an oceanfront location, it is perfect in almost every way. Working with Alicia was easy & communication with her is fast. We have worked with her for many years & always enjoyed it. She knows what we like & works hard to find us appropriate accommodations. She found us 1204 1204 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the Molokai Tower. Easy access to the elevators, easy check-in procedures & a first floor lending library were all good to have here. The complex even supplies beach towels to be used at the pool. The condo was well equipped with almost everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes & cookware. Even some spices & oils remain from previous guests. The glass top dining table seated 4. The living area was comfortable with a couch, 2 side chairs & a well-worn recliner. The large flat screen TV was nice but internet was spotty. The unit itself had a cabinet with many books to read, another cabinet had several puzzles. We loved having binoculars furnished to see the whales, boats & dolphins - such a nice touch. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was large. Ceiling fans in both the living room & bedroom help to move the air & allowed us to do without the air conditioning for many hours during the day. Having a washer/dryer inside the unit was so handy & there was a trash chute & recycle container on the 12th floor too. There were a couple of items that should have been taken care before we checked in They were reported immediately upon check-in & we heard nothing back from them for the first 10 days of our 14 day stay. That is the reason for the rating. We appreciated our extended stay that added an extra night when the airlines changed our flight.
