Mahana 311 is a newly renovated 2 bedroom /2 bath third-floor oceanfront corner condo on Kaanapali Beach. We`ve redesigned the layout for unobstructed Pacific Ocean views from the dining and relaxing areas. Enjoy coastal furnishings, a 75` Frame TV, and a custom beverage station. Sleep soundly with central AC, blackout shades, and premium linens. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, spa, and tennis with NO RESORT OR PARKNG FEES!
We flipped the floor plan to move the main dining and relaxing area in front of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. Whether you are enjoying morning coffee, having lunch, sitting down for dinner, or catching up on laptop work, your backdrop is an unobstructed ocean view.
You can see the waves coming in, turtles on the beach and whales from December through April. It feels like sitting right on the sand—without getting hot, sandy or wet.
