We LOVED everything about the property. The staff was lovely and helpful. The lobby and grounds are gorgeous and clean. The ocean view from our room was beautiful and the pool was refreshing and well maintained. We loved that the beach was steps away and even though it’s a large resort it was easy to get where you needed to go. The Luau was so fun with delicious food and convenient! We have only positive remarks and would stay again!

The carpet had several places that were unraveling. It also appeared dirty and very used. The lanai was very small. We have stayed here in the past and this lanai seemed about half the size of the others we have had. Self parking was very convenient. Love the resorts location!

Beautiful resort. Everything was right there or nearby, or a beautiful drive away. Staff were amazing and helpful and had an unforgettable trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton Maui Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely immersed in the beauty of Maui. The location is incredible, waking up to the ocean views, spending time on Kaʻanapali Beach, and watching the sunsets from the resort were some of our favorite memories.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the entire resort had such a relaxed, welcoming island feel. We loved spending time by the pool, exploring the beautiful grounds, and enjoying the convenience of having everything we needed right there. The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were unforgettable, and it truly felt like the perfect place to slow down and enjoy vacation.
Sheraton Maui Resort gave us memories we’ll cherish for a long time. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful Maui getaway!
