Rooms were super clean.
Paid for three mornings of breakfast. Was told breakfast was from 6:30 am till 11 am. Came down to eat breakfast at 10:36 and was told the kitchen closes at 10:30 am.

Check in was easy. The property was able to accomodate a 3pm check in. The staff was nice and answered all of our questions about utilizing the hotel shuttle, which we utilized to and from a banquet hall in the area. The hotel shuttle was on time and very accomodating.
We were disappointed with a couple of aspects of the hotel. The motor for the heated pool was really loud, making it impossible to have a conversation in the pool area. Also the hot tub needed to be cleaned and the ladder to enter and exit the pool was missing all of the rungs, but the screws for the rungs are still prominent to the point that I scrapped my leg on one before I realized the ladder wasn't functional. The room was a little run down as far as the bedding. For example the bed skirt for both beds showed signs of wear and tear where perhaps a dirty vacuum cleaner had rubbed up against it. And finally, we tried to have breakfast at the hotel, which was an extra charge. But when we sat down, we were not acknowledged by any staff - only two tables were occupied - we waited for 10 minutes and nothing. So we left. Just kind of bizarre.
