We had good experiences with the shuttle and their driver, going from the airport and back. The cost of our stay with a free shuttle was very reasonable. And they had coffee ready for us at 4:30am in the morning for the shuttle ride to the airport.

Terrible, smelly and dirty.

I picked the property for its location. That is the only good thing about it.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was in unacceptable condition — the sheets did not look clean at all (they had visible yellow spots all over), there was a persistent unpleasant odor, and the overall hygiene of the space was very poor. Even basic amenities were not functional; the TV and refrigerator didn’t have cords and I had to request them from the front desk. I felt so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I couldn’t sleep in the bed and stayed fully dressed on top of the covers. I picked the place because of its location to O’hare. I was better offer sleeping in airport in a chair. I would not recommend staying here.

Smooth. Needed a quiet, clean, peaceful place to spend the night between flights, Super 8 came through for me. I slept like a baby. There is a Subway really close by, and a bar about a 0,25 mile away, with decent prices. I would come back anyday. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Classic motel breakfast.

Not a big thing, the motel is a little worn and on the older side, but, it really doesn't matter. They do a good job.

A wonderful place close to the airport

The staff was very nice and super accommodating. They let me work in the breakfast area until my room was ready, which they got ready for me 2 hours early. They also have free shuttle service to and from the airport which is wonderful.

I think my only complaint would be the pillows and lack of a coffee machine in the room. Some of the pillows were very lumpy and hard to get comfy on.

Breakfast very basic, a boiled egg as addition would have been great. Of course far from downtown but less than an hour. Pool is publicly open to the reception and no strict policies on hygiene. Saw kids wearing normal clothes swimming.

Very slow unusable internet, with clean rooms, and a great shuttle bus driver.

The shuttle service was a great amenity with the driver being exceptional. He was professional, courteous, and helpful; even when dealing with all of the non-justified complaining passengers.

Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. The wifi is not high speed by definition. The front desk notified us that the speed is slow because too many people are using it. Here is a thought, if the speed is too slow, then upgrade to the next tier. Do not tell me that the only way for me to get legal high speed internet, is to kick other people out of the hotel.

I would not stay here again.

Double room was a good size (for 2 people). The shuttle to the airport in the morning was useful.

We ended up getting a taxi from the airport as the shuttle bus only operates on phone calls which we weren’t able to do on our international phones (surely not the only ones at an airport hotel). We messaged the hotel on Booking.com to arrange the shuttle and got a response from the hotel but the shuttle never arrived. We waited nearly an hour at the designated spot close to midnight. The staff were extremely rude. The room was generally ok and overall clean, but we had to wear shoes as the carpet was not clean (sticky in parts). The breakfast was very poor.

It was not outrageously expensive, and the king bed was comfy.

We couldn't get ahold of the shuttle to pick us up. He finally arrived after 45 minutes of calling. He did apologize and said the phone wasn't working. Our room was hot. Like very hot! We turned the air on full blast, and the room did not cool down. When we went to breakfast, there were tons of people in there and very little to no food left. No coffee, either. Our room had black mildew around the floor trim next to the shower, and there was a large hole in the carpet next to the bed.

Proximity to OHare airport for a middle of the night arrival and lower cost than many options. Airport pickup at 1 am.

Breakfast was minimal. Only protein offered was yogurt. Not much space in the breakfast area. Airport shuttle was fully booked for our am connection so needed to use UBER.

I would use this place only for the shuttle while staying a couple of hours, otherwise avoid it.

There was nothing for me to like. Only having a shuttle in and out of the airport. But having to CALL them to ask for it during 2025 is outrageous.

Breakfast was a complete disaster—people fighting over a piece of an old bagel. Coffee was disgusting. Everything smelled like it had been closed for several years. The worst thing was the ants on the bedroom carpet. They don't even have the decency to use clean towels; there were spots from previous uses.

Good hotel to stay next to ORD airport.

The shuttle service is super convenient. It's also nice place to stay when travelling from ORD and need to be close by. Room was big and the bed was huge.
