Good value with clean comfortable room, more than adequate breakfast, safe free shuttle, comfortable lobby, convenient to OHare, pleasant helpful staff. I have stayed here before when I need to overnight at OHare. I would stay here again.
The arm chair in the room had a large tear in the fabric. I told the manager at check out. It would be nice if breakfast started at 5:30a for early departures.

Nice room. Clean.
They advertised a shuttle to the airport but none were available. Also, one of the vending machines didn't work. The hostess was too busy on the phone in a back room to take care. Breakfast was out of milk, muffins, bread and other things. When I told the desk person he grunted and said something to a couple of girls behind the desk. They came to take care of it 20 minutes later.
