The motel was in an excellent location, just a short walk from Niagara Falls and nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and made the stay pleasant. Perfect for anyone visiting the area!

I having problems finding something positive to say about this place.
Not to sure I have enough space to list the things I dislike about this place. I have travelled extensively throughout Europe and the USA in the pass 55 years and I am not sure that I have stayed in a place so bad. I dont know if the United States have a code of practice about the conditions that motels have to reach before they can open to the public, but this property would not pass the laws in the UK. The place was filthy, and the room smelt awful.

Friendly staff! Fast check-in at the counter, simplified check-out, you throw the room key in the mailbox and that's it. Close location directly to the waterfall, free private parking. The bedding on the beds was clean, the room was cleaned. The presence of a microwave, air conditioning and refrigerator. It's good that at least there were no cockroaches, bugs, or rodents.
Very old and very humid room because it has no ventilation, and it is not ventilated, there is mold in the bathroom, when we entered it was very uncomfortable because of the smell of mold, we held the door open a little to ventilate. High price, it was the night from Friday to Saturday but the price is twice as high as on normal days. 190 dollars per night two separate double beds. The air conditioner turned off and had to be turned on again several times. Not all sockets worked. There was no electric kettle.

I didn't like it at all. Things were in bad condition and the carpet was wet.
I didn't like it at all. The carpet and beds were very dirty, and it doesn't seem like a bad place to stay considering the price of the room.
I put a towel on the carpet because it was wet and the towel looked terrible.

this hotel is a portal to hell. It can’t even be called a motel.
Do not be fooled by the pictures, the rooms are radically different.
For my family of 7 we booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Both rooms smelled of heavy chemicals when we walked in. The paint was peeling and in one of the rooms there was a hole in the wall near the bed covered by paper.
My youngest son (age 8) spent 5 minutes barefoot and his feet were pitch black. The bathroom smelled like a mix of mildew and despair. My other son (10) found spiderwebs in his bed, and when he turned on the AC flies flew out. My mother in law (71) struggled to swat them outside, and noted that the sheets definitely weren’t washed.
Even for the 700 dollars that we payed for our booking, I was not going to make my kids, my mother in law, and my wife sleep there. The wifi didn’t even work properly for half of our devices when we began researching other places to stay. We ended up cramming into our car while scrambling for 5 hours to find another hotel (finally finding one 2 hours away) to avoid exposing our kids to more filth.
No apologies, no refund (of course) just a rejection to our claim. This place should be condemned, not advertised. No family, couple, solo traveler, or even wild raccoon should have to endure what we did. If this is the only lodging left within a 100-mile radius, sleep in your car. Sleep in a field. Sleep at a gas station. But do not, DO NOT, subject yourself or your loved ones to this place. If Dante had known of this hotel, he would have written of a tenth circle.

Nothing!
It was dirty, the lights didn't work in the stairwell, or my bathroo.. it smelled horribly and I felt very unsafe! Stayed about 2 hours then left to stay at a holiday inn. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The only thing to like is the location. 5-8 min walk, 2 min drive to park where everything is. Definitely not worth 245.00 im actually pissed. You would think the owner would put some of the money back into the business. 🤷♂️ Just a thought?? He is making a absolute killing of tourists.. booking.com she not be representing this hotel for ppl to stay. It is false advertising 😑
Everything, i want my 245.00 BACK im pissed...

the excellent location. The hotel is only 9 minutes walk from the Rainbow Bridge, a foot bridge to Canada, and about 15 minutes from Niagara State Park. Also the Niagara Aquarium is in walking distance.

The property is within a 10min walk from the Falls.
The room was advertised to have a dryer in the room, there was no dryer. When I asked the gentleman at the desk he couldn’t even understand what I was asking, I had to point to my shirt and say “washing” and then he proceeded to tell me how to walk to the falls from the hotel. Staff could not understand English.

A nice quiet, clean hotel, 15 minute walk to the Falls. Staff is very friendly, asking if we need anything whenever we go past them.

Location and kindness of the staff.
Smell in the room due to some mold in bathroom.
However it’s ok for short stay. The clean room compensates for it!

I did early check out on first night instead the hotel was booked for tonight. I requested for refund from hotel as well as approached booking.com but both were playing blame game and none refunded the amount.
Talked to property as well as book.com

The friendliness of the staff, comfortable bed, free car parking and within walking distance of many things for mobile people.
The rooms looked a bit 'tired' and in need of some TLC.

staff and location are amazing!
The room was cold (there was a heater, but had to turn it off since it is very noisy)
Very bad internet connection (staff was here to help finding a solution, but wasn't meeting the "very fast" connexion from the website) I ended up using my own internet

That it was close to where I needed to be.
Everything. It smelled like moth balls, it didn't have enough blankets in room, the curtains were hideous, and there were not even pictures on the walls but there were still screws where they should have been. I shouldn't had to pay almost $200 for a room here. It was maybe worrhc$100 st the most.

The hotel is awful, is is dirty, old and need immediately renovation.
The sheets were dirty, I don’t think they changed it from the previous guest.
There was hair all over the bathroom , on the sink and in the shower!
Never seen something awful like that in life.

Overwhelming chemical smell, beds were stained, floors were stained, mold in bathroom, peeling paint on bathroom tiles where they tried to cover stains. I left within five minutes of check-in.
