    We visit NYC frequently and usually house several blocks from the NU Hotel in Brooklyn. Space considerations precluded a stay with my sister so she booked us for two nights at this hotel. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, the floor was very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus. We would certainly return if we can't bunk ip at Annie's!

    The hotel is well refurbished, clean and quiet. Services are good, including nice simple breakfast, and complimentary water, coffee and tea at the lobby. My only comment is that you won't get a complimentary two small bottles of water for your room. For my three-night stay, I only got two upon request.

    THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS EXTREMELY NASTY. IMPOLITE AND RUDE . THEYRE WAS ALSO HOT WATER IN THE ROOMS.

    First stayed there in 2015 and it was immaculate although pricey. Had been looking forward to staying again last week but it seems that in the past eleven years they haven't spent a single dime on the place while still charging through the nose. Everything is worn/frayed/falling apart and dammit nothing works. Avoid!
