    The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, a short walk to trains. The facilities were all clean and well maintained.

    Exceptional and clean rooms. The hotel is near two subway stations that gets you to Manhattan with ease in under 10 minutes. Can't wait to stay again when we come back to New York!

    hello, we had an accommodation with 2 beds but no space for 3 people to put away belongings. This hotel felt more like a hostel than a 4 star establishment. I would not come back. I was really disappointed and this definitely was not worth the price. The service desk personal was nice though
