Room on the front of property so could be quite loud outside at night

No bar and the staff booked us the wrong size transport to the airport.

The location is really convenient for us. One Point shopping mall is right across the street and subway station is near by. Many restaurants near by. The gym is small but has all the essential equipment, yoga mats, towels, water. The room is clean and comfortable. The window is well sealed and block out the noice from the street well (also we're on higher floors 20+).

We booked King room, and at check-in, they didn't have that type so they put us in a double twin for a night. The next day we went to front desk to change the room, it was a different person, and we had to wait till 3pm (typical check in time) to move in to the new room. I requested to have a microwave in the room, as some pictures online shows it. The guy checked us in said they can fulfill it once we moved to the king room. But the message wasn't relayed to the next person in charge. It wasn't a big deal so I let it go. The new room's smoke alarm started to chirp at mid night -not bc of smoke but maybe due to low battery, and we had to call the front desk twice, 30 minutes apart, to get someone to take it off. It's late hour, but still. The pillow is too soft, the bed is comfy.
