The overall experience was great and the hotel is in a convenient place. I love the wooden floor.
AC vents needs cleaning - my aunt's sinuses raised- it is at the two extremes of temperatures. The carpet was not clean and it really needs to be thrown away. We had some pipe clogging issues and hot water issues.

very clean, Iwas able to check in early. friendly staff.
charges....my credit card need 250 security fee and was charged another 250 after I left $500 in total.
and not all fees are taken when you check in....another fee was taken out at the end that I was not expecting

the room and location
no wifi first 2 days, no airconditioning for the 2 days after, you can hear everything and i mean everything from the people next door.
