Located Oceanside in Bethany Beach, only 1 block to beach and 3 blocks to downtown area. Bright, open space living/dining/kitchen area with fireplace & access to screened porch. Great for family gatherings. Upper deck with views of ocean; Bedrooms nicely decorated. Master Bedroom with sun room and private bath. Sun room has sleep sofa. Plentiful off street parking available. Weekly rentals available from June to August.

We've been coming to Bethany for 6 years and this was the best house we've stayed in. You can tell the owners care for it regularly, which is not the case for some rentals. The bedrooms, family space, and kitchen were very comfortable - our girls loved sharing the "sunroom" as their bedroom. We used the screened in porch and outdoor shower everyday, and walking to the beach and downtown Bethany were both close and convenient. Wellington Parkway is a beautiful street - hoping to book it again next year!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have enjoyed a family vacation while staying at this property. We had 5 adults and 3 grandchildren. The quality and location of the home is wonderful, and these are the main reasons that we returned (plus we love the family atmosphere at Bethany Beach). The arrangements of the bedrooms and bathrooms provided each of us our own personal areas to relax and rejuvenate. We also enjoyed the wonderful screened in porch, as well as the kitchen area. We hope to return in 2027!!
