When I first got there to check in the room that I was originally booked in had an issue with the AC so I had to wait an extra maybe 45 minutes before I could check in but during that time the front staff was incredibly kind and very, very accommodating and very apologetic for the situation.
I felt the room was somewhat small for the price that we paid, but it was comfortable

The location and the room was excellent.
The breakfast is very limited and it feels like they intentionally keep a few hot items. Not a good customer service practice.

Location, morning breakfast included.
Elevators, one was out of order a day or two during stay and the other one and both when working were very slow.
