    Firstly, the good: this hotel is in a pretty good location. The bad: the front desk staff can be VERY rude, often having an attitude at the simplest question. Case in point: they have free coffee downstairs 24/7, but the coffee is ALWAYS empty. Once I told the girl on the counter that the coffee is out and she rolled her eyes and called someone. I had to be somewhere for work so I made the sin of asking how long it might take to refill, to which she snapped: “It’s not gon’ fill itself, you need to wait!” Why not just say “sorry sir, it will take about X minutes to refill.” If it’s going to take a long time just tell me and I’ll go buy a coffee elsewhere — why the attitude? 2) The building is very tall (40+ floors) but the elevators are no where near enough. Once I waited for ten minutes and it still didn’t come, so I had to walk down 14 stories. 3) The free breakfast has so few tables for the amount of people that it’s never a good idea to rely on getting a spot. 4) There are so many slamming doors at all hours. I think staff must be coming in and out the fire stairwell doors, which have a spring to close then which basically slams the door and vibrates at all hours. Maybe the staff could be asked to ensure the doors close gently? 5) Their checking in time is extremely late, at 4pm, and even then the room wasn’t ready on time. I came back at 4:10pm and the smarmy girl on the counter just said (with an attitude): “Your going to have to wait, the rooms aren’t ready,” without any apology and timeframe. I would NOT stay here again.
