Location location location
Elevator was horrible at certain times. One day the elevator stopped on every floor. The next day I waited 15 min for it and it never came to my floor so I had to walk down all 45 floors. That was not fun.

Nice breakfast, clean room. Convenient location.
Great view from the room, although it was only the 14th floor. Free tea and coffee are available on the 1st floor
The aircondition in the room is noisy. I'm glad we were able to turn it off at night and just open the window.
On Sunday morning, it was quite crowded on the breakfast, and finding a place took some time. Although 3 other days it was fine.

We got a big enough room for the second guest who was injuerd
Waiting for the elevators sometimes took 10-15 minutes. Not enough space for every guest of the hotel in dining area (breakfast)
