The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Needless to say, the location was amazing. The only downsides were the closed gym and the subpar breakfast options. To be fair, though, there are plenty of dining choices nearby that make up for it.

The property is steps away from red line 1 subway station and just 5 minutes walking distance to Penn Station (very convenient for JFK)
Not all the staff was professional, in the room we were originally given the heating worked instead of the a/c, and only sweets were offered for breakfast

The room was normal size. Clean and tidy.
Poor breakfast. Nothing to eat just few cheap croissants and bad coffee. No drinking water in the room.
