The view, the deck, hot tub, having a common room for additional activities
No warning about the stairs to the room. The “?futon” was impossible for elderly person and there was only a bench to sit on. Parking could be problematic, especially for carrying luggage up and down slope. Limited eating places nearby.

The location amd the view from the balcony are great. The place is clean, easy to reach amd there is free parking .... The bed was very confortable and the room was nicely decorated. The contact with the host was ok too.
The place could use a little tune up here and there, for example the ceiling and the heating. With just a little electric heater it was kind of hard to get the room comfortable. And the little kitchenette and the fridge are also ready to be replaced ...
