Everything was good except pillow comfort. Perhaps have 2 different depths (height of pillow). One a bit lower for sleeping.

Location was excellent especially close to Ferry terminal.
Rooms were quite small, but clean and comfortable.

Very great location and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were very modern and clean with comfortable beds.
There’s no elevator on the property which makes it a bit difficult to carry heavy suitcases up the steep stairs. Although the staff did offer to help with luggage! The parking is a bit limited.
