    The room was neat and tidy, a little cramped with two queen bed. Beds very comfortable. Great shower. Anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty as there is no elevator. Very convenient if you are heading to Texada Island or Comox by ferry.. No breakfast facilities.

    Didn't get to take advantage of any of the hotel amenities, but a nice place, well looked after, and clean. Any my two favorites: shower water pressure was very good, and bathroom sink drains quickly and properly.

    When my wife and I booked this hotel online, the reviews were great and the comments indicated it would be a nice place to stay. When I walked into the hotel to get our room key, there was a very strong odor that reminds me of a place with water damage. Although this hotel has been refurbished and looks great, the mouldy smell was overbearing. When we went up to our room on the second floor (no elevators), the smell was just as bad and we decided we could not get a good nights' sleep there, so we left.

    20 stairs is too many stairs for older adults to carry luggage to our room with a view. We had to exchange our room to #*** the lower room,which was noisy,no soundproofing in that room. The sheets had a stain & hair on them. Very dissappointing seeing we paid almost $*** for the room with no view! The price should be different for rooms with no views.
