Breakfast was not included during this extended stay. The host was marvelous - a treasure trove of information and she makes the best coffee on the island. Her home is comfortable and homey. There is plenty of space to do work - essentially you have your own bathroom, bedroom - gorgous garden and it is February - and sitting area/office space. It is within walking distance to the old quarter and several parks including waterfront.

Breakfast each morning was delicious - great way to start the day. Bed was very comfortable so we slept well. We rented a car from Budget Rent A Car - the office was a short walk from the B&B. And our host picked us up at the ferry terminal upon arrival - an added bonus which we really appreciated after a long travel day.
I think the shower head might need to be cleaned or replaced as many of the openings seemed to be clogged. We were still able to take showers but it is just something we noticed.

Breakfast okay, nicely presented fruit. But dogs everywhere jumping on you as you ate.
Location was good.
Dogs should be kept out of the dining area. Sitting area for the guests should not be used as the feeding area for both 2 dogs and a cat. Smelled of pets.
