At this hotel there is no visible staff you check in online and are given a code to enter the hotel and your room. I was in a king room it was not very big having said that it is a boutique hotel. The room was very nice inside the highlights for me were the walk-in shower with the rainfall head the mirror was heated and backlit with push buttons on the mirror. The bad was very comfortable with an assortment of pillows. It had a microwave and a medium size fridge not one of those little tiny fridges that can hold a six pack and that's about it. It's located near tons of food options. I liked my experience.
