Fabulous location with great views to waterfront and short stroll into main shopping area.

Clean and great location. Loved the free videos, popcorn and hot chocolate.

Some staff could have been more helpful without being prompted. No free wifi. Very small for a family group of 6.

An absolutely beautiful allocation and the suite had everything we needed with the exception of wifi.

It suited our needs to meet up with family from Ontario and Vancouver

The fact that we were not time share guests we not told there would not be any room service. Since we were staying 4 nights I didn’t think we had to go to front desk and as for TP for example. With that being said staff were very accommodating to giving us an early check in and extra parking. Again the fact that you have to pay for wifi is annoying.

Have stayed here and elsewhere in Victoria many times over the years.

The location is perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and courteous. The suite is large, clean and very well appointed. Parking is convenient and secure. Almost all the rooms we've stayed in have beautiful and interesting views.

The price for a mid March, weekday stay was originally $189 per night but bumped to $249 a couple days later when I was able to book a room. - It seems petty to charge $16 (US?) for Wifi when we only need it for a few minutes to keep up with business. - We faced the pool which was full of the same noisy families all day and into the evening. - We found the master bed to be slightly uncomfortable (subjective). The bedroom itself was very warm at night even without heat. We had to open the sliding door thus allowing the sounds of early morning activity to disturb us.

A lovely place

A really well appointed suite, especially for the price. Location was lovely. Very close to fisherman’s wharf and inner harbour walkway. Bring your own teapot if you use one, but we were thrilled with how it was equipped.

The location was a little noisy at night on the street side and in summer you needed windows and patio door open to be cool enough.

Spacious, decadent accommodations on the inner harbour

Couldn't ask for more perfect accommodations. Spacious, with everything you could ask for in a suite, and super cozy with the fireplace and view of the inner harbour. Exquisite Italian restaurant across the street, and Fisherman's Wharf right beside it. Underground parking, outdoor pool. Great price for what you get.
