Clean and great location. Loved the free videos, popcorn and hot chocolate.
Some staff could have been more helpful without being prompted. No free wifi. Very small for a family group of 6.

The fact that we were not time share guests we not told there would not be any room service. Since we were staying 4 nights I didn’t think we had to go to front desk and as for TP for example.
With that being said staff were very accommodating to giving us an early check in and extra parking. Again the fact that you have to pay for wifi is annoying.
