Will definitely stay there again!!!

They had the persons name who booked the reservation on the tv. The tv was modernized and had streaming services. The breakfast was amazing, the pool was warm, also noise canceling rooms for us to be there on Valentine’s weekend ;) Staff was so helpful and kind.

The key pad kept dying on us but the staff would fix it immediately and decided to change the whole thing before we left so problem was solved.

It was a nice stay overall.

The breakfast was well prepared. The room was clean, along with the gathering areas of the property.

It would have been nice to be informed upon check in that the hot water was being repaired. The coffee maker in the room was not compliant with the coffee cartridges. Supplies for the coffee station in the room were not supplied to standard.

It was a little tough coming to a place in the dark that I had never been to.

The fact that breakfast was kept open for a more reasonable period of time. Too many places stop it too early.

Signage could have been better. I wasn't sure I was at the right place because there was no identifying sign near ground level at the entrance.

disappointing and thankfully brief.

Staff was great and room and common areas were clean and well lit.

Maintenance of room and common areas was sub par. Doors fit poorly and were not planed smooth, elevator interior was very beat up, in my room 302 blocks of drywall were used as spacers for the bathroom doorstop, furniture was missing trim exposing portions of particle board. Not what you would expect from a $200+ per night room.

Location close to family. Steakhouse in walking distance. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly.

The only thing was today at259. Some idiota knocked on our door and ran away into another room. I heard the door closing. Mu husband got up. This location didn't have security camera for the floors. That upset me.

Parking was a bit of problem, the bed was way too hard, asked the staff for more toilet paper and they couldn’t find any for about 20 mins. Plus needed extra towels.

Convenient hotel welcomes all guests and our pet!

I needed to stay close to the interstate and this location was ideal with so many local businesses to make it easy to find anything we wanted. The hotel was welcoming to pets and all people.

Nice hotel

Rooms clean, spacious bathroom and friendly staff. Stayed Sunday through Tuesday and rates were very fair.

The pool needs some serious attention! The smell coming out of the water is horrible and the filth is noticeable. Needed to get clean sheets for the pull out bed for my stepson as the ones on it were stained (staff did provide clean linens)

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and bedding smelled clean! The staff at check in and out was great! Location was easy to get to (and easily accessible when venturing out).

The only things that kept the stay from being great was that the curtains didn't completely close and a lot of hallway light streams under the door. Otherwise, although more pricey than I hoped (probably due to weekend events), it was a decent place to stay that I would recommend!

Good stay but needs some improvements

The room was large and had plenty of space, so I did not feel cramped or uncomfortable. The front desk staff was nice at check-in and checkout. It was conveniently located to all the places I needed to be in and around Monroeville and Pittsburgh. For the hotel being very crowded, I really did not hear much commotion in the hallway. It was generally quiet.

The parking could be improved. We stayed on a Fri/Sat so I don't know how it is through the week. Spaces fill up fast. We were out late , and when we came back, the spots were mostly taken. Also, the internet was not working well on Saturday. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi. The channel lineup is pretty weak, and with the internet being down or whatever happened, I could not launch the TV apps or watch things online. Finally, the breakfast options were just ok. It was pure chaos down there though cause it was crowded. Parents are pretty rude, which means their kids are sadly not taught manners. The overzealous cleaning staff threw out drinks out prematurely. Food tasted ok. We were better off going out to eat.

We stayed for one night as it’s close to visit temple in Pittsburgh. We reached at 3:10 pm but room was not ready and with 2 small kids we were made to wait for almost an hour before we got our room. Room is average, staff arrogant, breakfast heated frozen food, pool pathetic condition, on top of it all my husband got hurt from the bed as there were iron rods coming out of the bed frame and there was bed sheet which made it impossible to see that.. when we tried reporting as usual staff was apathetic. Avoid this hotel!
