Location

They charged us twice for the same stay. They refused to change it. We were supposed to have a queen bed, and we had a full bed. The counter in the bathroom had a huge coffee stain. No extra shampoo, etc. Doors to the outside were propped open by the workers who stayed there.

Location was fine

Disgusting dirty place. Room was gross! Fire alarm dismantled hanging from ceiling in one room and the second room it was wrapped with a plastic bag.Tub had dirty water in it. Toilet not cleaned. Room smelled of marijuana awful.

I didn't like anything, because I did not stay long. when I got to property the rooms were not as advertised. Trash and bugs were everywhere. When I asked for a refund, they kept my money and refused a refund.

The rooms were out dated and not clean.

Hotel room was filthy, hallway was filthy with trash and peanut shells of all things all weekend, I could see if it was an hour or so but the hallways were filthy all WEEKEND. Dogs barking all night, people in the parking lot smoking weed right in the open, no ice machines, breakfast bar was terrible, and the coffee was soso. Staff was nice and friendly but the place is a dump

Unclean and faucets in bathroom didn’t have water pressure. No soaps, shampoo etc.

Staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location was convenient for my purposes.

Bathroom smelled musty. No hangers or kitchen supplies like dishes and utensils. (I suppose you can get these things if you ask for them.) Room was dated and furnishings worn.

Requested a refund for the stay. I only stayed one night. bugs on the floor, bathroom sink cracked, but the plumbing underneath the sink leaked onto the floor. The room phone did not work. Mattress lumpy and terrible. I slept with my clothes on on top of the bed. I am a Realtor in Florida and will encourage all my clients never to book with a third party. They double billed me for the first night, and had me pay individually for the first night. I called Booking several times that night. They said I would be credited for the entire stay....nothing was refunded.

General manager was nice

Smelled like hot pee soon as I got in my room! Floor was dirty! Remote didn't work! Sink was leaking! Didn't have toilet paper in my room!

It was convenient but it was very dirty had no staff to help with anything and repeatedly needed to ask for towels

I was not familiar with the area and the place was not in the best location. The price probably matched what I got. It looked good on the website but it was lowered standings in person. I had an unexpected night and couldn’t afford the hotel that I stayed in for two days. I choose ES because of the price. It was scary at first with the type of people walking in and out, the front door appeared broken and did not close, the flooring was sticky throughout the hotel. The breakfast didn’t match the website, either. Luckily, there were cameras and I felt safe, even though I push a chair up against the door. The room, itself was clean, including the tub, bedding and kitchen area, but the floor was sticky. I did have a peaceful and well rested night once I settled down.

I did not like the location, the type of customers and entrance and lobby. I did not like the set up breakfast station between the elevator and front entrance. I especially did not like the smell of smoke as soon as you walked in the non-smoking room with signs posted.

Just the room Size

No cleanliness at all. Sticky Floors, Lot of Mosquitoes. Someone Hit my car in the parking lot and left. Front desk lady said they cant do anything. No Parking lot cameras.

Great location, central to the U S Open in town. Easy access to nearby restaurants. Pleasant room, quiet, comfortable. Liked the studio atmosphere, plenty of room in refrigerator freezer for ice brought with me.

Travel through Pittsburgh was busy, took extra time.

The staff had to let us in our room because their system is not working because of the storm they had.

Breakfast

It was less than five minutes away from where I was working.

Though the bed was made, the room appeared not to have been cleaned since the last guest. To the degree that the last person’s trash was still in the can. The kitchen and bathroom areas were visibly dirty. The fan squealed. ‘Breakfast’ was not restocked Saturday morning - they didn’t even have hot water (and that’s how I discovered how disgusting the microwave was, when I tried to heat up my own.) There was never anyone at the front desk to report any of this too. The tipping point was when I was followed down the hall by a young woman who appeared to be disheveled and asked if she could use my bathroom. Again, no staff in sight.

The room had a kitchen, which would have been nice to make meals, if we wanted. Price was good, for the location.

It smelled like cooking grease, when you walked into the room. There were gnats in both the bathroom sink (especially) and on the walls. There were kids hand marks on the pictures & walls and some kind of liquid that was splattered but, not wiped off. Just didn't seem like it was cleaned very well.
