Room was not cleaned when we arrived. They were fully booked so had to wait for them to clean it, which they dis and apologized for the inconvenience. Heating system would bot work so could not change temp of room.

This was a convenient stop on our trip. The staff were welcoming. The parking lot was plowed frequently, which was nice since we got several inches of snow over night. Cleanliness left something to be desired - sheets and towels were clean, but the whole hotel needs a deep clean.

Phone was not working. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, no bathroom tissue was there that clearly says that toilet was not cleaned. Called front desk using cell phone but they didn’t receive it. We had to go down in person to report but they said don’t have cleaning staff available and gave tissue but didn’t offer other room. Very bad service. Breakfast was horrible not many options and the quality was bad, breakfast service staff was very rude using bad words and not responsive and friendly overall very bad. Not recommend this hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The lobby staff did not answer the phone after 10pm—on multiple occasions I called over 20 times with no response. The first night, the heat in my room didn’t work. When I went to the lobby, the staff member was distracted on his phone and only then moved me to another room. The second night was even worse. My neighbor was in the middle of a loud domestic dispute that went on until 2am. The phone in my new room didn’t work, so I had to call the lobby from my cell phone, but again no one answered. Even the toll-free reservation line tried twice to reach the front desk and couldn’t get through. I overheard the woman involved in the dispute say she was sleeping in her car. Between broken room amenities, unresponsive staff, and serious safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I always stay here when I visit my family in the area. I will choose another hotel in the area when i visit next year. On a good note, breakfast options was good. Front desk staff is super helpful and friendly! The free breakfast is good. The rooms are a little older but clean. The hotel was super loud and sounds travel through the walls/doors. I would recommend noise canceling headphones or white noise maker.

Staff was great, room and hotel was clean. On our second night the fire alarm went off around 1am and continued for more than 20 minutes. There was never an announcement or instructions from staff. As we streamed down 8 flights of stairs

We paid almost $700 to stay for 4 days. During this time we had towels dropped off one day. I understood the first day was Thanksgiving. But I saw someone from housekeeping the next day and asked to have my room cleaned and was told no problem. When I returned later in the evening my garbage hadn’t even been emptied. When I mentions to the front staff they were argumentative and said the little piece of paper that came with my key card explained their housekeeping services. But no one reads it! Yes I did, which says housekeeping is done every other day, which was not done. Breakfast was a little better than average. The hotel was nicely decorated. There was a nice gym area. The pool was cold. The bathroom was poorly maintained and when I asked for maintenance my request was ignored. Everything was kind of take it or leave it! The nice perk was it was connected to an Outback that provided a 10% discount!

There were a couple events going on in the area so the staff were obviously busy. They gave each guest the tine and attention they needed. Breakfast was always kept full in the morning- it was clear they were prepared for the crowd of families.

I got there at 9pm to check into the room i had revered for a month. The hotel had solf out signs all over it for the steelers game. I went to get my room key and the front desk tells me that she didnt have a number to call and let me know but that, they had rebooked my room to someone else. I drove 4 hours back home tired and swirving all over the road. I need to speak with a supervisor. I have had major aniexty until now to contact about it. I have been so distraught.
