Had a bit of trouble with the room key but the 3rd shift women was very helpful.

The woman on third shift was unforgettable. Her hospitality went a long way. She seen I was exhausted and helped me with my bags and my daughter as she fixed the room key issue.

When we arrived I let the Lisa the desk clerk know I checked in & paid online at booking and her response “yes I see it right here.” She asked me for my ID and card which I assumed she was using for incidentals. WRONG!!! She overrode the virtual card sent by Booking.com and charged my debit card $590! It was a complete nightmare and I still have not received a credit for the $590. Employees need more training on booking.com

Friendly checkin staff- quiet clean rooms, old bathrooms that needed updating and good cleaning.

Front desk staff great - friendly and welcoming. Surprising quiet next to highway.

Bathrooms were old and not fresh in any way. Dark stains, peeling wallpaper, dark rinds around fixtures, unclean corners. , did not fit rest of the experience. Had to move furniture to find outlet next to bed for chargers and cpap. Waffle maker at breakfast was old and slow. We gave up.

It was ok and for the most part outside of the condition of the bathroom, the room was fairly clean.

The hotel needs to be update. Our bathroom was not the greatest. The bathtub was flaking and there was mold on the calking around the tub area. The toilet did not flush without holding down the handle. The breakfast area was satisfactory, but not a large choice.

Staff were excellent and the food good at breakfast everyone was friendly and supportive when had requests.

Located close to the hospital where family member was. Room was cozy had fridge and microwave and great area for me to work.

Air conditioner made some noise and close to the turnpike but that was something we got used to.

Older hotel, but felt clean. Location was nice and it felt safe.

The check-in process with the night clerk was less than desirable. But the day manager was apologetic. air conditioner was ok during the night but if u stay during the day it tends to turn off to save energy I suspect. The breakfast was ok, I didn't eat but my husband did.

This was our second trip in 2 years to the area.love this hotel.

This is my second stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. We stayed last summer as well. Will try and stay again next year. Very convenient area.

Breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen. Clean and excellent selection.

When I went to use microwave, there was melted hard cheese all over the turntable. Maid left tip card, but didn't even do my room day before I checked out. Trash was overflowing. I did have enough towels because I was traveling solo. Air conditional was also noisy.

I had to switch hotels because this was literally the worst stay, nothing was clean at all, hotel not up to date, even i

Nothing was good about the property at all, this was the worst spring hill suites I have ever stayed at.

The room were not clean, beds were dirty, upon checkin I had to switch 6 different rooms until I finally just gave up and switched hotels, the power went out and my wife is 8 months pregnant and had to walk 4 flights of steps, I found mold in the closet of one of the rooms. Sheets were all ripped up.

Nice king room but did not smell good and I wouldn’t want to sleep on the sleeper sofa.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was clean.

Breakfast was good. Staff were awesome and kind.

Elevator was slow. Rooms were not as clean as i was hoping (found a random pill on the floor under the bed - not great with a crawling baby!!) Kids we’re running up and down the halls at 1:30 am (yes not hotel related but maybe staff could have said something to them) Thermostat was confusing and just bopped around to different temperatures.
