I liked the free breakfast and the variety of food they serve for guests during breakfast time. I liked the indoor pool, jacuzzi and the location of the hotel. I also liked having microwave and fridge in the room.
The number that was listed in the email to contact for any information does not work or nobody’s picking it up. I’ve called multiple times prior to arrival but nobody ever answered until I decided to call the main hotel number.
The phone and TV in the room does not work.
Some buttons on the elevators doesn’t work.
The pool water is cold
Towels are very rough and some have ripped and stained
The pull out bed mattress is the worst I’ve ever laid on, it’s like lying on a spring only with no mattress support.
Giant cockroach in front of the elevator

Everything was old and rundown. The floor was warped by the bed. It had a significant slant. The slider door didn’t close properly. The bathroom was rusted.

There was honestly nothing good about this stay. I can't believe Hilton would put their name on this property.
The phone in our room didn't work, so when we discovered that our suite had no sheets/blankets/pillows for the pull-out couch, we had to call on our cell. But after being on hold for seven minutes, we had to give up and go searching for an employee (our children were exhausted from traveling and we needed that bedding immediately).
The balcony to our room had these gross sandbags on it for no apparent reason.
Our room wasn't cleaned/beds weren't made for the duration of our stay. We asked for more shampoo one day, and while it was brought to our room, it was left laying on the sofa and not installed in the shower, as it should have been.
The stairwell was dirty and had garbage bags blocking the steps. We had to use the stairs frequently because the hotel had five elevators, but only two or three were working at a given time, so the wait for an elevator got ridiculous sometimes.
Speaking of non-working elevators, the construction noise at this hotel was almost unbearable. I know hotels need to make renovations, but the very least that could have happened is someone could have reached out and told us so we could stay somewhere else if it was going to bother us. We have two small children that are still of napping age, and they were unable to get a decent nap at this hotel because of the constant sound of construction noises.
We went to the pool twice during our stay (we couldn't go the first day because it had caution tape around it—no explanation as to why taped to the door or anything, and I asked someone at the front desk and they didn't know). On the first visit to the pool, there were two towels on the rack, which wasn't enough for my family, but we made it work. On the second visit, there were no towels at all. The phone in the pool area also didn't work, so I had to leave my kids to ask for towels. No one ever brought any, so I had to lead them through the lobby soaking wet.

The breakfast was good and complete.
We had a terrible stay at Embassy Suites. First, because I booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed, as there were three of us, and it was simply impossible to sleep on the sofa bed. The mattress was awful, extremely uncomfortable, and they didn't even offer blankets and sheets to use on the sofa bed. I asked the front desk twice for more blankets and they only gave me fitted sheets and a blanket so thin and small that it wasn't even enough to cover me, so I ended up having to share one of the beds. The regular beds were comfortable, but the room wasn't very clean. We could feel the dirt when walking on the floor and we noticed that there was not much care and attention paid to cleaning in general. The breakfast was good and complete, but I definitely don't recommend staying here and wouldn't come back to stay here again.

Location
Nothing states the airport shuttle didn’t run early so ai had to pay for an uber. I purposely got this hotel because of the shuttle. Also, they were doing construction and there was furniture and things all over the hallways. It looked terrible.

location
it was not clean. there was no communication from staff when we checked in about any amenities there were. didn’t offer drink vouchers at check in. never mentioned that room service is only upon request and not every other day like the check in envelope states. key card got disconnected from our door almost every day. lobby and hallways always had trash. there is furniture piled up in the hallways like there was a bed bug infestation in one of the rooms and they just left the furniture out in the hallways. the room had an awful smell to it and felt extremely humid 24/7 the front room had the worst mildew smell. the air filters in the ceiling look like they have never been replaced they are caked with dust. one of the days i asked for housekeeping and they only made 1 out of 2 beds because our child left a stuffed animal and hairbrush on the bed. the pool was also out of service for about our entire stay due to how off the chemicals were you could tell how filthy the pool was just by looking at it. you also have to pay $22 a night for parking even though there is barely any parking spaces available. we had to fight for parking every single night we got back to the hotel- they don’t ask for your vehicle information or make you leave a tag on your car to show that you are staying in the hotel so I doubt they are even keeping track of who is parking there that is actually a guest.

Breakfast.
The room was cold and we were unable to adjust the temperature. We had to wear sweaters in the room and sleep with sweatshirts on. The room was old and not that clean.

Indoor pool and room service
Our room smelled like mildew. The phone didn’t work inside the room. There was no balcony or little ledge to walk out on, and our window was broken

The breakfast was pretty good. Omelets made to order, french toast, eggs, breads, some fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, and oatmeal bar. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The building is old and needs a full renovation. Everything seems dirty and smelled very musty. It rained and our ceiling started leaking. We were eventually moved to a new room but only had one bed instead of two. Shower temp was either two hot or two cold. No safety lock on slider door to balcony. Balcony seemed downright dangerous to be out on. Phone did not work to call front desk. Elevator button lights did not work. Charged for parking but didnt have a car- was never asked charged anyway.

The location is very convenient
The hotel rooms does not get clean every day, they charge you daily for parking if you have a rental . And if you need clean towels need to be chasing employees around. Need to have rooms clean every day

The morning buffet that came as our complimentary breakfast was delicious. It served all sorts of foods and beverages. One of the workers from the house keeping service, Selena, was very helpful and friendly when we ran out of towels, due to housekeeping not cleaning our room. The front desk workers were helpful when I had any questions or issues.
Property was still remodeling certain rooms on different floors. The original room we booked wasn't ready for us when we arrived. So the hotel had another room , that had just finished getting remodeled, for our stay. That room still had construction powder all over it. It had not been cleaned. The air conditioner was not on when we entered the room, and when turned on needed hours to get cool. We needed fans in order to cool off. Our room was never cleaned while we were there, even when it was asked for.

The separate bedroom and lounge with sofabed and tv that let the kid play or watch tv.
The shower and drainage where the floor is not perfectly allow the water to drain, however I like the sink is separate or outside the bathroom.

The room was comfortable. There was a good amount of storage for luggage. The room amenities were satisfactory.
Parking was good. The hotel location was near the venue where my event was located.
Initially, I was unable to access the room due to key issues. After key reprogramming, the room was still inaccessible. My attempts to reach the front desk by cell phone were unsuccessful. I had to elevator up and down 6 floors three times before being moved.
I was eventually moved to another room nearby. In the new room, the room phone was disabled.
I had breakfast on my checkout day. I was disappointed that regular coffee was unavailable at the time.

No problem with parking, hotel was in a convenient location.
Many things were not working in the rooms, such as the phone, safe was not working. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable. I normally can sleep on any mattress, but I couldn't on this sofa bed. There was no housekeeping when I requested it. Staff did not care and did not adjust the room rate for me.

The omelet breakfast was the best part of the stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. The lobby was clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Front desk workers were not very friendly, the elevators didn’t work properly, the room was musty, the room floor was scraped, the bedding was dirty, the AC didn’t work, the overall cleanliness of the room was poor and outdated. The parking spaces are way too small even for smaller vehicles.

The only thing good about the entire stay was that breakfast was wonderful. Fresh made omelettes on demand were delicious.
Check in took 2 hours, moved to three different rooms (one of which was already occupied) and a broken elevator that left us stuck on the 8th floor started the trip. Although they said it did on the phone, the shuttle to the airport doesn't start till 9 (after we had to be at the airport.) Manager said book Uber and he'd pay. We did, he didn't. Reception gave us free drink tickets for Happy Hour and then told us drink fast, it ends in 10 minutes. Although we saw him several times, hotel staff couldn't find the homeless guy wandering around inside the hotel. Mold in the bathroom and the fawcet fell off.

Breakfast was decent for the most part.
Couch bed had nothing but springs. Couldn’t even sleep on it so we had to go out and purchase a blow up mattress, which was an added cost.
Room was freezing even though ac was off. Kids froze all night.
Bath tub faucet wouldn’t completely shutoff was more than just dripping for the few night that we were there.
The elevators were so slow to come up or down that it made more sense to take the stairs if we’re in hurry and since we were in town for a soccer tournament we would have to leave extra early because of all the problems.
The gate was another issue, it never worked, at times had to go in and find someone to get it opened or get a new key which was more trouble than it’s worth. On Saturday they had to have someone out there to open the gate for people.

Breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfortable.
The check-in was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and created much stress as a result of unordinary slow and understaffed front desk area.

Lobby and the breakfast.
The price, I've been a long time Embassy Suites customer all over the state. and expected better compared to prior experiences with Embassy Suites. The lobby, staff, and breakfast were great, however the bartender and waiter needed more help, there were too many customers for only one waiter who was sweating profusely and the bartender had a very long line which led to long wait times. The dining area appeared clean however the carpet was dirty and worn and the windows were very dirty and chipped paint around the window frames. We stayed on the 9th floor and across from our room was a couple of bags of cement/mortar, big stacks of baseboards and trash and debris in and around the stacks. In our bathroom the grout looked bad at the door. For the cost/rate, I was pretty annoyed with the lack of cleanliness and sloppy contractor work. I won't go back to this location.

The size of the room and having 2 rooms
The bathroom in the room was extremely dirty. Could not get any house keeping to come clean it. I had to clean it before having my family use it. This location is very under staff and not very pleasant to work with.

Easy check-in, friendly front desk staff, convenient location, late check-out
We had to pay $22 for parking, Interrupted twice by rude housekeeping staff in the morning knocking on our room door and asking us to leave at 10am & 11am regardless of our late checkout request for 12:30pm. Wet carpet adjacent to the bathroom, outdated room with malfunctioning furniture and phone. Missed our free breakfast because it ended at 9am.

The breakfast
The staff was very rude and was not concerned with any of the customers concerns. When walking to our room we noticed trash all over the floor by the rooms and by the elevators we noticed the AC was not working in my hotel room when I called downstairs to ask for maintenance that’s when I was notified that the AC unit in the entire building was broken and so was the generator the room was so hot we spent most of our time downstairs in the lobby and the restaurant area the property did not compensate our stay we paid full price. Then there was issues getting in and out of the hotel parking lot we were given a keycard that didn’t work we sat in a line for 10 minutes along with others waiting for the hotel staff to come out and help with the gate they still charged us for parking even with these issues.

Location was easy to get to. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.
Construction going on so it was noisy. A lot of confusion at check-in. That seemed to be booking.com’s problem though and not the hotel.
