Fun & relaxing stay

The location isn’t the greatest as far as being convenient to many places it’s mostly industrial felt like but the swimming pool and breakfast was worth it!

Cosy and Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming and homey hotel. The atmosphere was quaint, the rooms were cosy, and the overall experience felt warm and welcoming. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

One thing that would have made our stay even better is if the rooms were cleaned daily rather than only upon checkout. That said, we still had a lovely time and would happily return.

It was good as the suite was superb and we had a very pleasant stay as we could cook food for our less than one year old

The property has a kitchen and stove and it was so easy to cook for our less than 1 year old baby.

The staff at breakfast was very rude. I requested that we have a less than one year old baby and thus need to grad few things for breakfast at 9:45 am and they did not budge. The waffle machine was also shut down.

Staff is friendly

Cleanliness was substandard. We had some gross stuff on the plastic mattress cover that looks like dried salsa :/ . Room was otherwise okay other than the bizarre layout of the separate bathroom and sink that makes it difficult for two people to get ready. This place nickels and dimes you on things like parking, beach towel rental, no soap for washing dishes, premium wifi and on and on. Breakfast was quite sad and very low end. Paper plates with plastic-ware, bad coffee, and a few hot options that looked bad and tasted worse.

The breakfast was quite decent - the typical egg/ sausages/potatoes/ waffles/ bread/ 2 fruits/ fruit juices/ cereals+milk/ coffee/ tea; The team at the front desk was welcoming and courteous. The spaces were very clean/ well maintained and did not show ageing.

We were not given clear houskeeping information. Our room remained un-cleaned for the entire stay. Vessels in the room had been put back in shelves without cleaning. We had to clean them before use. Breakfast spread should have food labels to indicate the name of the dish.

Average hotel in a good location. At least for my travel it was in a good location.

Parking is paid with a considerable amount per day. Given the room price per night it could be free Breakfast though free, was weak in choices and somehow unhealthy.

Disappointing

The continental breakfast was TERRIBLE. The price and continental breakfast was inequitable. Food was cold. We had curly fries for breakfast. No fresh fruit but had “homemade“ Greek Yogurt. The coffee was watered down. For the price, the breakfast should have had hot food, real coffee, and an omelette station. Too expensive for the quality of service

No housekeeping came on 2nd day, we requested on Sunday, but housekeeping is not available in Sunday’s, we did put our trash in hallway for pickup and we did receive extra towels we requested

Relaxing stay in a spacious, comfortable room.

The room is large with a kitchen and plenty of space for three. Excellent bathroom, linens, work area. The breakfast was a good value. The area is dull but safe, quiet and it is a quick 10-minute drive to Newport Beach--and it is a nice contrast to the gritty places one will find at same price point close to the beach. We would return.

There was a diner style place right next door but one has to get in the car to go to a restaurant.
