Great if you need something decent and cheaper when wanting to go to Disneyland

That its a near jails. Had 2 different people at 2 different times come up to me asking to use my phone since they just got out of jail and needed a ride home. The property had signs in parking lot that they are not responsible for stolen and or damage cars but charge you a fee

Overall set up of rooms was nice, loved having a table in the room with chairs , was very quiet, staff were nice and helpful.

Certain foods for breakfast were cold like the potato’s , coffee was not good at all. The carpets were so dirty my children walked without socks and shoes for only 10 mins and their feet were so black after.

Sheets had hair on them. Sheets had hole in the sheet. No water pressure in shower. Bathroom was extremely small and the pictures said otherwise. Did not think this was a Best Western Plus. Seemed more like a plain Best Western. Very disappointed. Not worth the money.

Location was great and the breakfast was better then expected lots of choice, clean etc. Staff regularly replenished breakfast items running low etc

The checking in. Was suppose to be able to check in from 3.00pm. We arrived around 4.30pm the room wasnt ready and it took until around 5.30pm for the room to be available so was left waiting around in reception.

Enough room for our family of five but would not stay there again.

Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and our grandkids really enjoyed.

No dresser for clothes and open closet was very small. Poor water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was difficult to get out of dispensers. Elevator at our end of building was out of order for our entire stay. No utensils or dishes in drawers. Would have been nice. Breakfast was only OK.

Overall, a pleasant experience and perfect for our 2025 summer trip

The reviews about the bed being super comfortable are 100% true — it was so cozy, I didn’t want to get up! The room was spotless, and my kids had a blast in the pool, which was also very clean. Definitely a great stay!

On our second night, the AC stopped working — and with LA’s summer heat, it definitely made the room warmer than we’d like. We didn’t report it right away since we got back late from Universal Studios and were too tired to deal with it. The next morning, we let the front desk know, and they quickly sent someone to check it while we were out for another fun day at the park. When we returned, the AC was working again, so we appreciated how promptly they handled it!

Old and not well maintai

Unfortunately, not much from my visit was good. I guess the good thing I can point to is there was milk at the complimentary breakfast for my kids.

My whole experience was bad. Here's my story, thank you for reading. I only hope to help others by writing this. I was traveling with my wife and two kids, a 4 year old and a 1 year old. We reserved 4 nights. Unfortunately, the room we checked into was so poorly maintained. It smelled of dust and mold as soon as we walked in. The carpets were dirty, the kitchen sink and faucet were all limescaled, not usable. After being in that room for about an hour or so, my whole family started feeling ill. I think it was the smell and the overall uncleansiness of it. I then called the frontdesk to report this, and the gentleman there just apologized but did not offer any sort of resolution, no room change, no accommodation, nothing at all. We checked out the following day first thing in the morning. There were some issues with the invoice, they charged me 3 nights instead of 1 night, even though the AGM checked us out. It took a few calls and a headache but it was resolved eventually and I was correctly only charged for 1 night. Neither here nor there. The staff were nice people, but I found them not at all helpful, unfortunately. But my main issue is that the building and rooms were not maintained appropraitely, and I don't think I'll ever go back to a Best Western Plus again.

Affordable, great location and a generally good place to stay.

Excellent location, great member of staff at the reception desk when we first arrived, spacious suites and lovely pool area.

Housekeeping didn’t happen once in our four night stay. We requested our rubbish to be taken from our room which we had by a member of staff at reception would be done but when we returned from a full day driving they rubbish was still there and had been sat all day.

Perfect place for a family traveling with toddlers.

Beds were spectacular, very roomy one bedroom with a door which was the best part traveling with a toddler who needs a nap and goes to bed before everyone else. Nice living room and kitchen set up, beautiful pool and courtyard area and great breakfast selection! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Orange area!

The outer door to the hallway to the rooms was not working properly, when it is suppose to be locked.

Disappointment and service and quality.

The only thing I like about this property is the convenient location. It’s located at and the breakfast they offer. That’s literally the only two things that I like.

I didn’t like the fact that I had an insect in my room and they made it such a minor issue. It was so disgusting because I found this on my pillowcase, not once but twice. Also, the room was super dirty. I’m really disappointed with their King Suites, the room had stains all over the carpet and the floors were barely even mopped, and they have dirty black spots all over them. The Wi-Fi is also super horrible with the Wi-Fi signal of only 48% to 65%. Unbelievable I’m not sure why it’s advertising high-speed Internet when it’s literally so slow. This is probably one of the worst BestWesterns I’ve ever been too. I’m definitely never coming back here! Unbelievable.
