Hilton Garden Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

Friendly staff, convenience to restaurants; pool was comfortable and cool. Room was cozy.

There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom at the pool and it was not remedied during my use; the coffee creamer in the room was spoiled, clumpy and sour.

location near shopping and eating locations , cleanliness, bed is comfortable,

breakfast time was too short. I was waking up at 9:00 and rush down. They were almost cleaning up for closing at 10 am. We were swallowed all the food so fast.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff although they were new they were very friendly.

I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were across the hall from each other. That was annoying but I get it the rooms were booked the week before. Coffee pots in both rooms did not work. The microwave in one room was broken. For the price when I needed a sewing kit or safety pin I think they should have had them. I had to go to Target to purchase safety pins. There is laundry available onsite, but they do not offer laundry detergent to use or purchase. Overall for the price I expected a higher standard of service. In the future I will not book a room at the Hilton again.
