Breakfast was good but the portions were huge. I asked for smaller portion a few mornings and that request was ignored. Resulting in wasted food.

The dinner staff was awesome, she was attentive and had great interactions with everyone. Only had 1 bad dinner experience and that was in the cook. Had a burger Friday Feb 13 and ended up really sick a few hours later and through Valentine’s Day. Ruined my plans for Valentine’s Day. I informed the staff Sunday when I checked out.

Everything to be honest. Excellent staff they are friendly. The hotel is very well managed very clean. The rooms are spacious, extremely and comfortable.

The front desk staff the second morning and in Cafe were wonderful. Food was great. I have stayed at your location before and that is why I picked it again.

First - Several Handicap parking spaces were blocked off when we arrived with construction tape. I being handicapped had to be dropped off and my kids had to go find parking further out. The interaction with the evening staff left a lot to be desired. They acted as if they were being interrupted by having to check us in. The young woman at the desk did not even acknowledge me and she was scowling the entire time. The young man checked me in and I mentioned I had been sending messages about my arrival via email and no one responded. Then I asked about water. I proceeded to use my walker to go grab three bottles of water at the kiosk area. As we had just had an 8 hour drive, she was getting cups and water for two other guests, walked to the back and handed them bottled water. I said I just asked you for water, she said there are two bottles of complimentary water on your room. I said there are 3 adults in my party. So other guest were handed bottled waters, I had to purchase them. Mind you this is right at arrival. Then in the room bathroom was not clean, appeared to have dry blood on the door, side of bathtub, and hair, lotion stuck to the door. Also, in the corner it appeared as though someone had been sick or some type of pukey substance. I cleaned up what I could but did not want to call the front desk since they made it clear maids would not be cleaning the room on Saturday. Left a lot to be desired.
