Good value, good location and will definite choose to stay again

The breakfast typical of this type of hotel with a HUGE exception. They have stopped using styrofoam and plastics. It made a huge difference not only for the environment but also in actually eating breakfast. BTW the lovely lady in charge of the kitchen greeted everyone with a smile! Room had been updated a bit so was comfortable, it had everything you need. Plenty of free parking is a real plus to this property as well as it's location to everything.

Since I was staying for 5 nights I thought it would have been nice to have a room with a better position and not a window partly blocked by a wall.

Not a good stay, not worth the price, disappointed for it being a Marriott

Beds are too firm for my liking. Ants in the bathroom and kitchen, slip and fall from bathtub too narrow for bigger feet. No hot water in the shower at first check in then was moved to another room which is then where the ants were and the slip and fall.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience

The location was amazing. Close by to everything you could ever need. Great restaurants close by.

I didn’t like that there was ants in the kitchen area. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all, had gaps. Toilet sit was broken and the lighting wasn’t great.

The room was great. Kitchen wasn't used but it was nice to have it. TV was great size and able to be turned. Close to Ontario Mills. Great restaurants around.

The bathroom door does not stay open. Entry doors are very heavy and people don't close them slowly so they slam. Very loud.

Dirty room alert

I liked the location of the hotel. Breakfast was somewhat edible.

The cleanliness of the facility. When I first checked in I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat and a long dark hair on the rolled towels above. Did not look like they cleaned the bathroom. Then when I went to go warm up my food there was the previous guest’s leftover food in the microwave. Disgusting! God only knows how long that was in there for. But when the manager was notified after, she said sorry and proceeded to not to do anything to rectify the situation. Sad part for poor management.

The pictures on the computer was nice the breakfast area was nice, I liked the outside it was in a perfect location close to freeways shopping centers , restaurants was all in walking distance I loved that part.

The fact it was a pet friendly place that allowed people to bring their dogs in the eating area on the tables and seats I was very uncomfortable with that and gnats was in the eating area. The exit signs was on the floor the buttons to the elevator was stuck,didn't light up made me uncomfortable, hard to find cart for your luggage. My sheets had stains, the cable went out on the floor I stayed on I requested another room walked in the room and it smelled bad I refused to take it returned to desk she gave me another key walked in the room smelled like wet dog and the carpet was bad so I stayed in the first room. The pool area was small.

poor customer service

originally I selected this property because of location. The cost was already very expensive so I took a day off however we drove and roads were closed so we basically lost our Friday. I asked for an accommodation via booking .com and it was the run around. Since we missed Friday I asked for Monday (change of dates) at no additional cost. I was told there was no way I could be accommodated and that no manager was on staff. I found that very misleading because someone had to be in charge with the authority. I will not stay at this property ever again. I don’t like the runaround.

we really only used the room to sleep and shower, and it was overall very nice

aesthetically pleasing and close to shopping centers and lots of restaurants

the lever to change the bathtub to the shower wouldn’t complete, so we had the shower head and bath faucet running at the same time and it was very loud, but water pressure was still very good

Great location, front desk lady was very nice and helped us out the first day after having trouble with our booking due too miscommunication with booking.com. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options.
