Wonderful stay for a family

Loved the location! We got a suite so the room was spacious and access to breakfast on site was wonderful.

Rude Staff

STAFF were extremely rude, always spoke in Spanish and you could tell they were laughing about you to their colleagues. When checking in she was so rude. If you are going to work at a counter reception at least speak English and don’t pretend not to. Location to outlets was convenient only reason we stayed.

The room smelled like smoke. The smell was coming from out of the ceiling vents and moreso inside of the bathroom area. Mentioned this to the receptionist when leaving.

Disappointing, it wasn’t the cheapest option. We were paying extra for comfort with young kids.

housekeepers always were nice to us as we walked by. The breakfast was good. Location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Checking in reception seemed annoyed, we asked for a luggage cart, waited 30 min then decided to carry all the baby stuff and bags up and as we walked by we saw the cart had been sitting there the whole time, the reception we talking amongst themselves to even notice. We had a suite that would fit my whole family and when we walked in there were three pillow. I called to ask for two more so every one has one and they gave us 1 and again with attitude. On day of leaving we called down 6 times to ask for a luggage rack. When I walked down there the receptionists were in there back room laughing and chatting I heard the phone ring the whole time I stood there. FinAlly a very nice housekeeper saw me got the luggage rack and I was on my way. Any interaction with reception we felt annoying, they were far from hospitable.

Spacious and Great Value

Loved the location and cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were spacious! Loved that our room had a small kitchen area which always helps out when im traveling with food/ snacks! Breakfast had plenty options to choose from.

Entrance is a bit confusing. And many parking spots occupied late at night by shuttle vans taking 3-4 spaces at a time. Had to park a little aways from hotel entrance.

Overall, hotel was clean, and good location, and good breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here on 4 FEB 23-5 FEB 23. Front desk clerk spent 10-15 min arguing with someone on the phone and did not even acknowledge me standing there waiting to check in. Front desk clerk also told us that since we booked using a 3rd party that our WiFI would be based off the name I used to book.

We were unable to access the WIFI because we booked through 3rd party according to the front desk agent. She made it sound lke it was our fault we could not login. I have booked other hotels using 3rd party and have NEVER has an issue with the WIFI. Hopefully Homestead remedies this issue.

Would not stay here again. Hilton is now on our “no” list!

Breakfast was nice! We were told this was a great hotel. It is not!! Also when we got to our room there was a dirty towel in the hallway and someone had been smoking in our bathroom recently. We were told we would get compensation for this but didn’t!

Everything but the breakfast and the cute girl at the front desk when we arrived but this was a filthy place!

The property was generally nice. Employees were helpful sans the breakfast was good.

The building looked nice from the outside and inside. But, there was a little concern inside my room in the closet.

The closet in our room appeared to have some sort of mold in the bottom right of the closet. The pillows and bed weren’t very comfortable for me.

The didn't have us down in the computer in the right room so someone ended up walking in on us and that scared my kids. The bathrooms need updating and had some mold. For the price I was expecting a little nicer!!
