This is the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life!

The continental breakfast staff was very warm and helpful. The maids did a great job on our room and the lobby staff were very easy to work with!

Bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was not all that great, over seasoned potatoes. Eggs and potatoes had peppers and onions mixed in almost like they came out of a bag found in the frozen section at a local grocery store. McDonald's bacon egg and cheese was far better.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. I love the latest design updates. I love the luxurious feeling shower door! The rooms are always clean and so quiet. I also love the locations because it’s tucked back in the trees with no thru traffic and very little traffic noise.

We were supposed to get maid service after our second night and our trash needed emptying and towels replaced. (And used one’s taken away.) However, we did not receive maid service at all. I called the front desk and they did send up some towels and washcloths, but there was no way to empty trash or take away used towels. It made the room feel cluttered and dirty.

We Loved the room!

We were looking forward to breakfast to complete my pleasant stay, but we were disappointed with the sausage. First, it was turkey; second, it was dry with no flavor, so we ended up having to throw it away. The scrambled eggs could have used a bit more moisture.

Location was perfect, quiet and safe away from the noise of downtown. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. The staff was very nice to allow us to check in a few hours early due to our earlier than expected arrival. This hotel will be our go to in the future when we need to stay in Spokane.
