Friendly staff and convenient for the airport

Very convenient for the airport and a 24-hour shuttle is provided. Beds were comfortable and coffee and tea were provided in the room.

The heater in the bedroom was quite noisy and it was difficult to sleep.

It was clean and had nice and convenient amenities. The complimentary breakfast was very good! Lots of options and everything was hot and fresh.

The we were given was on the first floor, which in of itself is not an issue, but it was right next to the office and I believe supply closet and it was VERY noisy. I could hear a lot of I assume was the staff and it just made our room feel not private. It was also noisy in the morning when we were hoping to sleep in.

Great stay; will visit again!

The breakfast was wonderful; lots of fun options (the egg white and veggies omelet was wonderful!). Lots of coffee available. The room was spacious, the temperature was great. The shower wasn't wiped down as well as I would have liked, but other than that, everything was clean! We checked in late in the evening and the staff was very pleasant and helpful

Fair but wouldn’t come back.

The property was clean and smelled great.

Housekeeping entered our room unannounced at 8:30 a.m., even though check-out wasn’t until 11:00. Then, at 10:45, they returned and knocked again while we were still packing. We felt rushed and pressured to leave before our scheduled check-out time. Overall, it left a poor impression of the property.

I thought everything and everyone was great! The staff was particularly nice and helpful with our event and made sure our training materials were safe and sound. I also liked the shuttle service and how flexible the staff was.

A comfortable stay but I will remember not to visit during graduation season.

The price was very high. I know it’s during graduation time but the price was almost double the regular price! It was a bit much. Also, the shower was extremely slippery. I almost had a very bad fall but was able to catch myself. They should definitely put something on that shower floor before someone gets hurt.

Very accommodating! Very friendly and helpful! Best thing is I had to extend my stay and I dint have to change rooms! This is the best! Especially since hampton could not accommodate me! I'm blessed this hotel came through in a crunch! Tough time in my life. My dad was flown here for open heart surgery and this hotel was awesome!

Best possible place to stay near Spokane for easy on-off Interstate 90 and great breakfast.

This is my go-to place to stay near Spokane. You name it-- it's comfy, clean, and inviting. Staff is so nice, friendly; lobby inviting; breakfast fantastic; mini-market room well stocked; close to businesses up Sunset Hw.

There are a few rooms with HVAC noise and some building-wide sound surges.

Good value for cost, near airport and west Spokane.

Location was excellent for all the errands that needed to be done with minimum effort. Including the airport. Cost was fair. Front desk staff really funny and friendly at check in.

Breakfast menu needs a little more like cereal, milk, fruit. Eggs were dry. Otherwise, nice to have a part of the price. I will still go back.
