There was no breakfast. I brought my own pack of porridge. I enjoy everything about my stay and wished I had room 1 upstairs which gives me a view of the harbour.

What a great place! Comfortable, clean, amenities were great. We didn't have time to use any, but would come back and stay longer next time. Everything was nice, cabins were close in proximity which was nice because we had a large group. Able to have late check in was nice to just go to our cabin and sleep. Great views also.

The main benefit of this accommodation is its location right on the waterfront in Pender Harbour. It’s very scenic and peaceful.

We stayed one night in studio oceanfront cottage number 6. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well as there was no blind on one window and one of the other window blinds was broken. This meant a lot of light was let in. We were disappointed with the lack of privacy on the deck and inside the cabin (partly due to blinds situation). Check out is 11am, not 10am as stated on Booking.com, so we were looking forward to a lazy morning given that we hadn’t slept well but a gardener with a very noisy petrol grass strimmer turned up right outside our property at around 10am. I had just come out of the bathroom with underwear on (thankfully!) and was taken by surprise by him looking straight in to our cabin. Do not book cabin 6 if you’re hoping for privacy or peace and quiet! We paid 360 CAD (around £200), which in England will buy you a decent hotel. We were expecting a higher quality accommodation and were disappointed. The view/location and fact we saw a raccoon in the wild for the first time saved it from being an utter disappointment. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it, which is a shame. Suggest you can get better value for money elsewhere.
