Attractive, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, pillow selection, balcony with nice furniture

Hot water wasn’t working in the early evening

Room was updated , mattress and bed were very clean and comfortable with white sheets etc. Towels were clean . Nespresso machine and small coffee bar with usable mini fridge in the room was ideal. Vanilla Bath products were very nice . Outdoor pool and patio were great. . Staff were friendly.

Requested ocean view room away from elevator and request was confirmed by the hotel through booking.com. Upon arrival our room was facing away from the ocean with view completely blocked by a mechanical room . We addressed this with the front desk staff who after some convincing , and due to the duration of our stay, were able to exchange the room for a non ocean view room on the top floor. No complimentary water bottles in room nor a filtered water station on each floor. You have to go down to the lobby to get drinking water. No children’s robes available. The patio was not open for breakfast . It opens only at 11 am after the end of the breakfast service. As we wanted to eat breakfast on an ocean view patio we had to go to another hotel.
