Comfortable Clean and Close to Downtown Mountain View

The stay met our expectations. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was packaged but good. We made use of the Tesla charger, which was a big plus.

Great bang for the buck

Location is great for convenience, many restaurants and convenience store nearby. EV chargers and breakfast are available. The manager Oscar and his associate were very hospitable and accommodating because of my last minute travel plan change due to weather.

Short stay

The manager, sorry I forgot his name, was most helpful. He allowed us to check in a little early. My surgery was canceled so we checked out earlier than planned. He was kind enough to help us to pur car..

The toilet was the regular size. This may not be an issue for others, but, being used to the taller height and having a bad hip, it was hard getting up.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The only thing that was good about the facility was the location where I was visiting.

The hotel is very old, dirty and not maintained at all. Carpet was old and nasty. The arcadia balcony sliding door that had not balcony to step outside did not close all of the way shut letting in outside air and traffic noise.

Well priced, excellent location, bit worn out

The location was just what I needed, closed to Mountain View downtown and tech campuses. The check in was very quick and prepared. The staff was nice, very quick to response. The bed was comfortably firm. Very good. The room was reasonably quite.

The hotel is bit worn out. Furniture, everything was wear signs. It was clean and well, but maybe the wear, but it didn't feel like clean. The street noice from cars came in and I could hear upstairs room foot steps clearly.

Most creature comforts you come to expect, Wifi was good, Mall and most needs are within walking distance, breakfast bar in all hours

Super staff & low rates make this the best inexpensive stay in Silicon Valley!

The entire staff and crew are excellent. Always helpful & friendly. The morning breakfast choices are wonderful because they allow for items you can also save for later in the day if you’re working from the hotel. Whole fruits and yogurts and reheat-able breakfast sandwiches.

There are some wet damage areas in the bathrooms that should be addressed. New doors- like sliding barn doors would fix this issue.

The young man at the front desk was the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered in a hotel. He only said 2 words to me: my room number. Didn't even tell me what time breakfast was or wifi information. NOTHING. They need to change staff.

Best local hotel in the Bay Area

Staff is super friendly and they work hard to maintain the place. Every staff at front desk is professional and friendly.

Loved the Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. It was so easy to be comfortable and enjoy our stay knowing we could utilize those options in the morning. The Dish cable was a huge surprise and much appreciated.

To advertise The Vue as a "Boutique Hotel" is a false advertisement

Located near expressways to north and south bay area.

The TV and phone line didn't work. Front desk was kind enough to check the room and fix the TV issue himself except he took a while and he couldnt fix the room phone. Because i needed a landline I was moved to a different room, which looked like a downgraded room. I made no complaints but because my employer needed me to stay another few days and because this hotels location is so convenient with reasonable rates, I came back checked in again the following day. They gave me a corner room that smelled like mold, you cant open the balcony door because there's water actively leaking from above, the bathroom door had a hole they patched up very poorly for a "Boutique Hotel" you'd think they would replace the door. instead, they continue to rent out this neglected room that looks like a cheap motel room you find in the middle of nowhere. I went back to front desk and asked if room 221 is usually left vacant or is it used and checked out to guest regularly. His response was yes its a room regularly checked out to guest! I guess if you are expecting nothing more than a cheap motel then stay here. Otherwise dont let the name "Boutique" Hotel fool you.

You can have a good stay in this hotel, it's good one for the price.

The hotel its good for the price we paid, it's very close to stores like Marshals, In and out burger, gas stations and others. The breakfast it's very simple with some fruits, like banana and apple, coffee, muffins and cereal... but it's enough to start the day, we had one big problem with the smell of the room, was horrible, smelling a cigarrete smog, looks liked someone smoked inside minutes before we arrived.... but the staff brought us one air freshair and solve this problem.

The location was the biggest and best part of this place.. Fortunately the Staff was Superb and Super helpful always at the ready to serve any issue or need!
