I was just there quickly, got there checked in and left at 5AM. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Again, I wasn't there long enough to give a full opinion. I would stay again, it was the cheapest price in the area

The bathroom was not especially nice. The bathtub was nasty and needed to be updated. The floor was sticky, and the toilet was not cleaned around the bottom.

Attended a concert at Shoreline Amphitheatre and then stayed at Hotel Vue for 1 night. Very convenient to the venue using Uber, and our room was very clean. Good value for the money. We would definitely stay again the next time we get concert tix for Shoreline!

While clean and tidy, building is rundown and in need of facelift, e.g. wallpaper peeling, no stopper in bathtub. Staff were good: pleasant and efficient. Room was quiet. Courtesy breakfast was adequate.

It was a good stay the only problem was they got confused and didn’t register my check-in so they called me early in the morning to ask if I had checked in, which I did.

The room assigned to my wife and I was 20 feet from the front desk and the room next to us partied until 4am with no intervention from the hotel staff. There were multiple fights in the hallway with no intervention from the staff and they didn't call the police. Our room door lock didn't work so it was a nervous night with no sleep. The room carpet was sticky and disgusting. The shower didn't even work. The toilet seat lid was halfway off. The only redemption was that the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Would never stay here again and I certainly would warn a loved one to not stay here either if they were to even consider it. Nothing about this place felt legit or safe.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel are okay. The staff at the front desk is helpful and polite but one has to ask for everything first. The breakfast (instant) porridge was not properly made as the water did not absorb into flakes properly. I guess you get what you pay for and I would stay in this hotel again due to its pricing.

they have a good photographer. shower was kind of disgusting had to ask the front desk to turn water off. had to ask front desk to place a privacy placard on the door as there wasn't one. the desk had a small refrigerator on it. carpet is old and musky. bed and sheets were fine. breakfast was what you would expect and was ok. parking was easy. close to lots of stuff.

Rm 322 Bathroom had huge window with broken curtains that people can see in truck was stolen from the parking lot last night. Asked if the property towed it or something front desk called the mgr no towe happened and asked if they can review the footage and they said they need a technician to do it which makes me think the cameras don’t work on the property channels are garbage which ain’t a big deal but had a horrible experience.

Honestly, the hotel looks nice. But it does not deserve the VIP status. The TV didn’t work the first night we stayed. The reception didn’t state the benefits we had for our stay until we checked out.
