    Run down, smelled stale, and internet did not work. We checked out within an hour of checking in and went to a different hotel. We lost the 2 nights we had paid for because it was booked through a third party site. (hotels.com)

    I had complications from the moment I booked this room. I received multiple messages from the hotel after booking, for days in a row, demanding my estimated time of arrival. I provided my ETA, yet continued to receive two more phone calls regarding the office closing at 9:00pm. This felt nearly like harassment. The hotel website and third party booking states that you can request late check out. Upon arrival, the front desk lady stated that was absolutely not available due to full bookings.. however my car was one of two in the entire parking lot. I booked this room to get some sleep after my night shift at the ER and at 8:00am the hotel employees were shouting from afar to each other right outside my room door, which did have the Do Not Disturb sign on. When I exited my room, I said to the elderly female employee, “You guys are really loud outside of a room with a Do Not Disturb sign.” The lady completely ignored me, did not acknowledge what I said at all. Yet one minute later when the maintenance man was walking towards her, literally crossing paths with me, she continued shouting to him. As far as the room itself, well the “King” bed is two double beds pushed together. Also, false advertisement as there is no breakfast. Do not stay here! I am extremely regretful with choosing to keep my reservation and stay there after contemplating to cancel following the initial overload of messaging and phone calls about my arrival time that felt like harassment.

    This IS the place to stay in this area! Support this business. I’ve stayed here two times nd loved it both times.

    The front desk woman was extremely rude. She made it clear that she didn’t want us there and we weren’t welcome. When we got to our hotel room, the tv didn’t work. Also, there were no hand towels by the sink. Overall a horrible experience. I do not recommend!
