Wonderful place to stay!

Very nice property, everything in our room was upgraded and had a nice look to it. You can definitely tell they try their best to keep the rooms up to date. Room was clean and cozy. There are surveillance cameras at the property, there’s private parking, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby; overall a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

A hidden gem in High Tech Land.

Great location, staff and value. A hidden gem in High Tech Land. I was in town for a trade show and hotel options were few and very, very expensive. Hotel Aria was the affordable and very nice alternative. I would without doubt stay there again.

Extremely comfortable bed and excellent shower, refrigerator microwave in the room and it was quiet. The lady who was at the front desk was very friendly and gave excellent customer service.

Couldn’t find the light switch for the overhead light by the sink…

Curtains were not black out and there’s an extremely bright LED light outside the room. street noise was terrible. I got the worst night of sleep. Bed was comfy though.

Great Home for a Shoreline Theater concert!

We were greeted warmly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was lovely. Delightful bed, soft towels, nice amenities, great shower, and a nice breakfast before heading out. We will be back!

Staff is horrible. Front desk didn’t offer any help when mistakingly booked wrong room, and they threatened us 3 times that they will charge us a $100 penalty fee if they see more than 2 people enter our room… tried to call the front desk to explain, they said to text them because it would be faster ??? when I’m already talking to them. Very weird.

On booking.com it says 24 hour front desk, but the front desk staff member told me I cannot check in after midnight, I was running late from an event and she was not even willing to wait one extra minute despite my telling her I would have nowhere else to stay. I thus missed the conclusion of my event.

Clean and close to Shoreline Amphitheatre and restaurants

The general manager asked us 5 TIMES if we had more than 2 people staying. I mentioned we have 3 adults total and she waived the $10 fee. However when friends stopped by to drop off our 3rd friend, she watches from the office and called our room to again ask “how many people are staying? Do you have guests in the room? No visitors are allowed past 9pm”. When we returned from our concert, our key cards did not work, so we go down to the office and it is a ghost town; no staff. We ring a bell, nothing. We called the hotel phone and the same GM answers and asks why we did not ring the bell (we did). She came out in pajamas and re programmed our key card and followed up with “how many people are staying??” AGAIN! 🙄

Good value and service in Mountainview

The location was very good for our short visit to Mountainview and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The property seems to have been recently upgraded significantly. The bathrooms were equipped with a very nice shower. The breakfast was good though limited in selection. Parking was good and secure. Good value for the price we paid.

We found that the windows let in a fair amount of noise from passing vehicles on the street and conversations of guests in the hallways. The breakfast room was a bit small and on one morning it was "taken over" by a group of guests so that other guests had difficulty accessing the coffee dispenser and other items.
