The area was great, cute little room just for me. the room was very clean and well taken care of! The only down fall was

the room was very cute small and super clean! i loved that I had a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The meanest people I've ever interacted with. Bad karma makes them miserable.

The aesthetic of the hotel was awesome. I love the look, inside and out.

The managers were super mean, and gave us a hard time from day 1. They surprised us with a $100 cash deposit, which they tried to keep. The only reason I got my money back was because I threatened to call the police. They tried to send me a message asking for my credit card number + CVV code a few weeks before my stay. The message looked like a scam, so I ignored it. When I asked about it, I was told to "just ignore it" because everything worked out OK. Even though we cleaned the hotel as much as could be expected without a broom or mop, he managers said that they wouldn't give us our cash deposit back. I threatened to call the police on them, because of the scamming, and then they gave me my money back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Great location, clean room, felt totally safe and able to work from the room and walk to and from Castro even at night.

Good location and price but hostile manager.

Good price and location

Manager/owner was rude and intimidating. He treated me like I was an employee or something, did not make me feel welcome in the least. Way too uptight. Refrigerator not cold enough.
