The house is located on the lower slopes of the hills overlooking the Chiana Valley and where, higher up, stands the Etruscan city of Cortona. The property is immersed in the countryside covered with olive groves, forests and vineyards. This area is located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and from here you can arrange trips and outings to both regions. You can quickly reach Lake Trasimeno, as well as the cities of Perugia and Assisi. The Etruscan town of Chiusi is little more distant and nearby is the town of Terme di Chianciano (spas). For those who like to spend their holidays in complete relaxation, there is a garden with pots of flowers, lemon trees and a trampoline for children. The swimming pool (9.50x4, 1.5m deep) (15/05-30/09) is in a higher location compared to the house. The property is entirely fenced-in for the tranquility of anyone who brings a dog.
