About 7 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, this former farmhouse is located in a quiet side valley, in a romantic isolated position. The furnishings are functional in rustic Tuscan style; the two floors are connected only by an external staircase. In front of the house there is a covered terrace facing the valley; also various other seating areas with barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and laundry room. Pedestal fans in the bedrooms and mosquito nets on all windows available. On the extensive park-like property, guests have exclusive use of the spacious pool area with sun terrace - all nestled in olive groves that merge into oak woods. Ideal for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. At the same time, you can easily reach several interesting destinations from here: Arezzo (22 km), Cortona (17 km), Montepulciano (35 km), Pienza (45 km) and Lake Trasimeno (30 km). Castiglion Fiorentino offers a picturesque historic center with various restaurants and bars, a colorful weekly market and in the summer time various historic town festivals around the castle above.
