Breakfast buffet was a confused mess with limited buffet options and a clear staff shortage. The internet access was mostly offline. We expect better service from a Hilton property by a major west coast airport.

Outdated room for the cost. Breakfast vouchers were not given to us at check in and the next day a bill was presented to us at the end of the breakfast. It got fixed but it was a inconvenience

It was centrally located

Didn't have a pool, got charged twice from the bar, driveway not plowed very dangerous, beds were uncomfortable and got called at 7:30pm for a noise complaint.

Fighting and yelling through out the night that woke us up (3) times . We could literally hear the swearing and quarrelling. No sleep first night.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel lobby was very nice and rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer was provided. Snacks and drinks were available in lobby for purchase.

A homeless camp was on the side street past the hotel, but we parked in the front parking lot and had no problems.

Superb

Everyone is helpful and friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable! When the hot breakfast was available we found it to be delicious!! The service was very good in the dining area! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

The bathroom door had a very loud squeak from the hinges and if the bathroom was used during the night it would wake up anyone sharing your room. This should not happen. Could be dusted better - cobwebs in corners by ceiling and dust hanging from bathroom exhaust vent. It would be advisable to install a “safety handle” where you would exit the tub. Non-slip mat for the bottom of the tub is recommended. Didn’t care for the boxed breakfast due to lack of service personnel.

Conveniently located near the airport for a quick place for the night.

The location was great (near the airport) and liked the fact that they had airport shuttle services. Family arriving later in the evening were quickly able to call the front desk and get a ride to the hotel. The Sidelines Sports Bar nearby was a good recommendation for a meal and drinks.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We had originally booked 2 rooms and one got booked with breakfast and one did not. It was really difficult to correct this on booking.com. The rooms were fine, but the bed seemed a little small.

Great to be on the top floor so we could sleep well. Good location away from downtown chaos

we didn't get any service during the 4 days we stayed so no extra towels or coffee. We ran out of tissues. If we had stayed one night, not a big deal but if I was supposed to ask for it, I didn't know!
