Wonderful Staff, great Hotel.

The staff was very kind. Chris was able to accommodate both my friend’s family and our family with connecting rooms, which made the stay especially enjoyable for the children. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. Room was big, furnished nicely and clean. Staff was nice overall. Quiet.

Staff member recommended a lunch place, provided me a brochure, and said it was walking distance and good food. It was a quarter mile walk, mostly downhill, but I did not find the place. I walked into a close by brewery and was told that the restaurant did not exist as a brick and mortar bldg but rather. it was a food truck that frequented their location and it would not be there that day. I took a Lyft ride back to the hotel incurirng that cost and ordered lunch via Uber Eats delivery. I told the young lady at the front desk when I returned that her referral was not a good one and explained the situation. She did apologize so I hope she does not refer that place to other guests. The coffee maker in my room was missing parts. It did not have the tray to place the coffee pod in. The black out blind got stuck when fully extended and i was unable to roll it up.

Breakfast was fine. Nice choices. We found the front desk staff to be very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They made our stay really great.

Great stay with great amenities and friendly staff

The property was in a good location. It was quiet at night and the room was clean. The AC worked well, which kept my family comfortable. The beds were comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was fine. The pool and jacuzzi, my kids enjoyed. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond.

Although I understand that rooms are cleaned every other day, It would have been nice to have housekeeping clean our room during our 2 nights and 3 days stay. So, we did not get to experience our room cleaned during our stay. Again, staff were very helpful and friendly, so requesting for extra towels was no big deal.

We were celebrating by child’s first school spring break, and the entire trip was amazing

The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. And the breakfast was delicious the waffle station doesn’t get enough hype lol.

We were located on the third floor, and there must have been an incident with water of some kind prior to us checking in. Because there was a musky smell that did fade as the days progressed. But that was literally the only thing that I noticed.

At arrival our room smelled like sewer then AC wouldn’t turn on till about 3 am. After a long day out I didn’t get any rest with little sleep because I had to leave the door open so the room can air out. I have a 5 year old that I didn’t want walking up and wondering out. Our first night was definitely very inconvenient. We weren’t able to get accommodated to another room.

Decent price for Carlsbad.

The staff was great. Jasmyn at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast choices were good. The bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Although the hotel was a distance from downtown Carlsbad, there were plenty of selection within a mile.

Fair amount of noise from the road. Our room was the closest to the road however. Also, the stands that contained the cleaning supplies (hand sanitizer and wipes) were empty.

Staff was wonderful. After our first night we noticed water between the tub and toilet which we noticed was being sucked up into the sheet rock. Turned out to be a leak behind the faucet. We notified the front desk and they found us another room immediately. Breakfast was one of the best we had traveling. Close to restaurants and shopping.
