Our stay was great for the value.

Location was very convenient and in close proximity to LEGOLAND. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and consistently refilled.

Beds were a little too soft, but that is a personal preference.

Bathroom lighting terrible. So dark it was difficult to put on makeup and style my hair for a special occasion. Worst lighting I’ve experienced at a hotel.

William was amazing at the check in. Very nice and accommodating. He assisted me on dinner options and made me feel welcomed like I was at home.

The carpet in my room was stained and buckled in some areas. The outside noise was bad. Request a room on the backside of the hotel.

$10 for parking and it's a stand alone facility with a big lot. NO breakfast on Saturda, said they had a kitchen problem. No reimbursemet either.

DISAPPOINTING! I would like partial refund for my many inconveniences.

Service personnel were respectful, professional, helpful, gave great restaurant recommendations and timely.

Breakfast needs diversity for every day for those staying multiple days, even have more variety for vegetarians/vegans this is so important. hotel should also keep up with using paper w/o plastic lining and have wooden spoons/forks/knives to be more eco conscious. the heated pool was freezing. the outdoor fire outside was very low, you could barely see the fire and this affect the ambiance. the fitness center was hot, the ac box was locked and we had no control to increase ac unit while working out. our room's bathtub did not have a working tub plug and was not able to enjoy a nice bubble bath. the free bath wash was very low to begin with, all the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash should always be topped off for every guest. our tv needed replacing, it was giving weird screen pixels/lines/glitching/static display, the wifi DID NOT WORK AT ALL for my cell phone or laptop so I could not do ANYTHING online for my work which was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. The furnitures in bedrm and lobby and dining areas need replacing as they all look super scuffed up and old. Lastly, I parked in the disabled parking w/ my disabled permit and should have been given a courtesy not to be charged with my disability.

Shaky at the start, well worth it in the end.

Everything was fine about our stay. The location was beautiful and very close to our destination for the subsequent day. Hotel is clean and new. Beds were comfortable.

When checking in, hotel staff informed me that they did not have the room I'd booked due to some recent maintenance issue and they needed to bump me to a single king suite instead. We had been traveling 9 hours to reach the hotel, we were tired, and we are a family of 5. I asked for a pull out, at least, because, where 2 queens could accomodate 4 of us (oldest child likes to sleep in the hide-a-bed pull-out,) 1 king bed wasn't going to accommodate 3-4 of us at all. I responded that I needed to go out to talk it over with my family to see if they wanted to try to get other accommodations. The desk attendant apologized profusely and offered to waive the parking fee and give us a discount. I spoke to my family and we decided we'd make due with the pull-outs. When I got back, the attendant decided to give us another room that matched our original request (and, subsequently, to bounce an even later guest whom they had assigned that room to ?) So... in the end, it panned out (for us at least.) But the check-in experience, overall, was disappointing. Meeting that after a 9 hour drive didn't put me in a great mood to say the least. As for the parking and discount...guessing I paid for the parking after all and I'm pretty sure the stay wasn't discounted, but I was more than satisfied that our stay would be much more comfortable at that point anyway. Pool, despite saying it's heated, was cold. My daughter enjoyed it regardless.

Great value and location.

This is our third time here and we think this hotel is pretty nice, especially for the price. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are clean (our shower did have some black spots on the ceiling but I know it's hard to keep stuff from growing in such humidity). Out bed was comfortable and we very much appreciate the breakfast.

I mentioned it above, but the black spots on the ceiling in our bathroom (room 135), were a bit disconcerting.

Overall, the family likes the room.

The breakfast was good. The location is very convenient and close to Flower Fields and outlets.

One thing I don't like is the curtain. I couldn't sleep well because of a sheer curtain. I prefer to have it total blackout curtain when sleeping time.
