The staff is really friendly. Located at ByWard and near Parliament Hill and other areas. Ideal location. The bed was squeaking while I moved, and I was so afraid of waking up other people in the room. If you are not an easy sleeper, it's not for you. Ok cleanliness. as I didn't spend much time in the hostel. Paid Parking which is fine for me.

It is in the heart of Ottawa. The place is simple but everyone keeps it clean.

It was alright for the price, but not great. There are street parkings, but they're not free and a lot of homeless roam the area at night, which didn't feel very safe.
The people inside were pretty kind and helpful, upon my arrival and departure, even though I checked-in a bit late.
The room was really small, barely big enough to fit a bed. Also, there was a nasty cigarette smell in the apartment (public area), Even though it was supposedly "smoke-free". Which is the main reason that makes me put a bad review.
I would recommend this as a last resort or if you don't mind the smoke smell
