If you are into history and creepy vibes, this is a place to experience. Imagine sleeping in a Victorian-era jail once occupied by notorious criminals or death-row convicts. The building is well-preserved, and the cleanliness is well maintained. The staff are nice and helpful, with a decent breakfast for the price. Just across the street, there is direct access to the Rideau Centre (mall), beside the old Registry building, and it is a five-minute walk to the ByWard Market. It is within a short walking distance of main attractions, and it is definitely worth the experience.
