Anna's bed and breakfast

It was warm because it was still warm outside and quiet because there were no other guests.Two beds was comfortable.It was hot water, refrigerator,table in room with four chairs and soft sofa.

This is our first place where we used a guest house like a "bed and breakfast." The TV didn't work - the remote control was blank, without batteries. The same with the night lamp, the same with the floor scales for measuring weight. Then we stopped

I can say this is my worst experience in BnB! The price is not reasonable neither!

We booked a two-night stay in a family room on the basement floor. Unfortunately, one of the beds had a lower mattress that buckled, causing discomfort. Additionally, the heater was non-functional, making the room extremely cold at night. To make matters worse, the upper floor was the kitchen, which was constantly moving and creating noise from 6:30 in the morning. This disrupted our family’s sleep significantly. Despite calling the owner to negotiate a resolution, there was no satisfactory solution. We were not offered a refund for the second night’s stay, and even after contacting Booking.com. We had to find an alternative hotel for our upcoming stay.

Ok place to visit Niagara Falls (clean, ~40 min walk to falls)

Our room was super clean and the lady that served breakfast was lovely!

The furnishing is too basic given the price point of the room. The place also does not make up for it in terms of location as it is fairly far from the falls (which you can see in advance via Google maps).

It was ok but we're definitely won't be returning

The property is clean enough. Basically what you would expect in a BNB. The breakfast was really nice though.

The bed is super firm. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Also, the front porch is no longer leveled and could be a trip hazard, specially when you're carrying your bags/luggage. There is a lack of drinking water. I wish there was bottled water in the pantry or at least gave us the option to request for more water other than the 2 that was in the room. One of which was not properly sealed.

Location was good close to the falls by car.

It wasn’t clean- the room was very damp and cold. The lamps/tv were not plugged in. No access to any tv platform- unless you inout your own logins. No blackout curtains on window. What was most concerning was the behavior of a male staff member (or family of owner) with my 3 year old daughter. He tried to grab her from my hands and force her to take a picture with him. She got really scared and so did I. I have no idea why an adult male would have that type of behavior and it was really concerning to see see this and made the whole stay very uncomfortable. So much so that we actually made sure to block our door during the night.

Pleasant enough stay once we got in

The rooms were spacious and clean. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly. Free parking was a bonus. Bottles of water left in the room were also very welcome.

It was very difficult to get in. We didn’t receive the instructions via text or email and were not expecting the place to be unstaffed. We’ve been to many Bed and Breakfasts but mainly in UK and therefore expected the host to meet and greet us. This was not clear from the description and we would have booked somewhere else had we realised. Once we were in, there was a notice asking to make sure the front door was kept locked but nothing to tell you how to lock it. It wasn’t until we got into the rooms where there were instructions on locking the door, that we knew how to do this. So the beginning of our stay was very frustrating. We also didn’t realise the rooms would be in the basement. This was not mentioned in the description either. It was further away from the falls than we realised and wasn’t really walkable. No tea and coffee facilities or glasses in the rooms which we would also expect from a B&B, but perhaps things are different in Canada!

What stay ? I was cancelled!

Unfortunately l was cancelled just before my stay which left me scrambling for alternate accommodations on short notice, l wound up paying double what l would have paid at Anna’s. then to add insult to injury l was charged by Booking.com even though Anna’s told me they had alerted Booking.com of the cancellation. Then neither party would respond to my complaint. I strongly recommend not staying there. No lies ,they did this to me and have my money and seem to have no interest in returning it!

Duvet and sheets dirty and stained but we assumed as much for the price we paid. No tV as remote wasn’t working and no one on site to help make the tv work. They told us to use the downstairs tV but other guests were using it

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's B&B. The rooms are cozy, inn keeper is very nice, it's quite close to Niagara falls, 15 min walk only. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect for a short and sweet stop!

Great service and comfort for the value. The breakfast was varied and abundant, the beds were clean, the showers warm and with a great pressure. The staff was very nice and flexible. After 9 hours of driving, and 7 more ahead, Anna’s B&B was a great way to recharge batteries and energy. Very recommended for families who are looking for a place to stay the night to see the Falls.

I loved everything about our stay. Breakfast was great and the hosts were soooo accommodating. Aside from hot bfast, there were also a bunch of cereal and beverage choices. Very convenient as they have a code lock so you can check in anytime! ( we arrived at 2 in the morning and did not have any problems getting into the building) Thank you tita and tito! If ever I am back in Niagara, I'll for sure choose to stay there again! ❤️❤️❤️

Very good stay at Anna's BnB!

The place was easy to locate, close to the Falls and nearby restaurants. The place is very clean, including our room and washroom and has comfortable homey atmosphere. Breakfast was hot and good. The lady who served was very friendly. The parking was small but okay. Definitely recommend this place!

Cute, but it was very cold at night.

The location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond for us! The cook cooked what we ordered.

The heat in the house wasn’t working. We arrived close to midnight and the temperature in the house was very uncomfortably cold. The thermostat is central to the whole house. We tried changing the temperature but it didn’t work as it looked like it was already trying to heat up, but it didn’t. It was a very cold night for us and not enough blankets. Other people we saw in the breakfast room complained about the same issue. In the morning it looked like the house was heating to a higher temperature but no heat was coming out, I am pretty sure it wasn’t working. So unfortunately, because of this issue, our stay wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been.

Thin walls and tight parking

The location was fantastic

The walls were very thin and we could hear everyone else in the facility. Also the parking was not great. If anyone had a bigger car than an SUV, we wouldn't have been able to fit in our assigned spot.

Very nice small inn. In residential neighborhood. Only 7 rooms. The room was big and comfortable with sofa and big TV. American Breakfast not our style and no vegetarian options.. but richer then most places. The location is OK if not planning to go out at night. 5 minutes drive from attractions
