Very close to Niagara Falls. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was great! Room was cozy and comfortable!
The TV in our room was missing. The owners apologized for the inconvenience.

Bed was very comfortable and I slept quite well.
On arrival there was no one present to greet me. I didn't know my room number or parking allotment. There was an email sent the day before with that information but in my rush to get ready to leave I missed seeing it. I happened to meet an employee who was able to get the information resent to me in a text message.
I was in a basement room and the stairs going down to it were quite steep. I have mobility issues so getting down the stairs was a real challenge. If I come back I will be sure to request a ground floor room. The room was quite chilly and the little space heater was totally inadequate to warm the room. Once it bed, however, it was fine
There was a power outage underway so was unable to have breakfast. Not the B&B's fault but the breakfast was included in the acommodation fee. Perhaps a partial refund would be appropriate?
