Service was great enjoy my stay and would definitely be my future stop when I stay in town which it will be often
The reason why I was disappointed is because I was told one prize and when I presented my card I was charged a totally different prize but I couldn’t dispute it at the time we were there for a funeral and was limited in time but I did approach another person trying to understand what the hidden charges were but still was very unhappy with the explanation not sure if I’ll get any refund back to my card will have to wait and see but other than that service was excellent would definitely stay at this property again thank you to all the staff and sorry for my dislike

I think the bed was good.
I feel like it was a bait and switch. I thought I was staying at the lodge. The pictures in your boooking.com app made it look this way and it wasn’t and switch rooms 3x to find some peace. I think there was a small chemical issue too.

My bathroom had ants and it was too late to change rooms so I had to deal with those which was gross and time consuming. I told the front desk twice and emailed the GM who never replied. I guess they are used to that problem.
Ants in the bathroom.

We asked for connecting/adjoining rooms because of young children and the hotel provided what we ask for. Resturant next door gives a 10% discount off of your bill if you provide the key card and let them know. Food there was excellent and reasonably priced. We asked for extra towels and 2 blankets at different times, in which the hotel staff provided within 5 minutes of the request. Nice large comfortable rooms with comfortable beds, we would definitely recommend staying at this Best Western in the middle of Healdburg!
Microwave in the room.

Good location just off the freeway & near downtown
Squeaky doors, no toiletries provided, a shower faucet that required the strength of Sampson to turn, poorly finished room decor, extremely slow elevator

It was in a good location
I booked through a third party site booking.com. I contacted the property twice and talked to folks at the front desk because I had reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower - this was very important for my daughter who was attending her brother's wedding and NEEDED an accessible ROLL IN SHOWER. My daughter's care agency also contacted the property to confirm the roll-in shower. We go there and you guessed it - NO ROLL-IN SHOWER. Someone else was in that room. I had to book another room in Windsor, pay $250 for a night so that my disabled child could take a shower before her brother's wedding, drive to Windsor and back when the entire family was in Geyserville or Healdsburg - IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. And an expensive pain in the butt. So they said what they needed to say to get the booking but failed to deliver - terrible customer service.

Location! Proximity to downtown Healdsburg, wineries, stores.

The location of the hotel is convenient but not loud. Room was clean. There were a couple good places to eat and a nice gourmet supermarket within walking distance.
Room was dark and felt like a cave. I would have like to have a small fridge.

Excellent location, almost everything else was reasonable.
We were in room 105 and I believe the fresh water input to the toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor, so the floor was always wet. Essentially had to wear shoes in the bathroom.

Location in the wine country
Old and worn. It needs a serious refresh.

Location is good. Easy to find and not too far of a trip to downtown Healdsburg
The bathroom needed updating and possibly more space for toiletries.
Also the room wreaked of cleaning supplies. I had to open all the doors and windows to air it out for quite a while.

Basic Business Hotel for our needs
Very Expensive for a single night stay. Staff told us it would have been $50.00 cheaper had we called the property direct to book and not used Booking.com.

Rooms were very clean and spacious.
Didn't like that they would charge for an early check-in.. Mattresses were a bit too firm.

The location was great
It’s pretty dated. There were no plugs on either side of the bed to plug in phones. Also, no extra toiletries.

Proximity to downtown
Could hear when neighbors showered. Lots of loud noise above our room.

I really liked having the pool.
I was able to hang out in the area in the early morning while my daughter slept, and we enjoyed spending time in it every day.
I appreciated that the office was open and had hot coffee at 5:30 when I wanted it.
The beds were comfortable and I liked the big comfortable lounging chair.
It's a little annoying not to have a microwave in the room.

Location is great. Pretty quiet for being right off the freeway. Hotel wasn’t busy so that was a plus. Comfy bed! Room was overall comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was not my cup of tea. Biscuits and sausage gravy. However they had some bagels, pancakes, and muffins. Coffee at breakfast was like water, but no biggy. There was coffee in the room so crisis averted.

Nice that we could eat at The Lodge. Not sure if we could use their pool - we didn't ask. The pictures on the website for the Best Western included a lot of pictures of The Lodge next door for some reason. We were dissapointed our hotel (Best Western) was not The Lodge
Should have more realistic photos

The location and coffee place a cross the street
The staff was rude, we had asked for a little bit more time because we got in late and it was day light savings. The staff cut my husband off and said only a half hour, then hung up. we got our things ready to leave and even before checkout time (normal) a maid came in without even knocking. the outlet on the wall kept going in and out so my husbands cpap machine wasn't working most of the night. when we informed the staff about the issue they dismissed the information without any hesitation. Not worth the price at all

Clean, good cleaning staff, air conditioning, lots of hot water, large rooms, comfy beds, safe, coffee maker + coffee, fridge, toiletries, iron, ironing board, tv, parking. Safe and secure doors. Small pool. Basically a v good motel, quiet, yet near Route 101
it was all good. No restaurant, but a good diner just across the parking lot and coffee place down the road
