Parking our car was a bit of a challenge. We stayed four days and continually had to move it. Continental Breakfast was not very good.

Love Healdsburg, love the hotel!

I have stayed at this property and it's sister property up the street. The rooms are both spacious and clean. The property is well designed and both have either a restaurant or a bar area, so look at both and determine if you are more of a breakfast type person or the cocktail before dinner on an open patio type person. You will easily make your choice. As far as the price, it's pricey, but it's also smack dab in the middle of the square. If you are planning on hanging around the square, this is it. There is a Marriott a mile down the road so if price is an issue it's an opion

Early Morning Departures were an issue

Location is great, rooms are trendy but functional and comfortable. Staff was always really helpful when we saw them.

We had to leave for airport at 2:30am. The day before, we told front desk and valet that we would need to get our car at that hour and asked what was the best way to approach that. They promised someone would be at the front desk to help us at that hour, or if not there would be a number to call to reach someone at the sister hotel. That was not the case. No one was there to help us at front desk and we called the number they provided on their front desk sign, 3x with no answer. Luckily we found our car keys at the front desk counter (not a very secure space) and were able to leave and make our flight, but they need a better system. Caused us too much panic for 3am and soured my opinion of what would have been a great experience at that hotel.

Just ok.

Great location close to shops, restaurants and wineries. Everything within walking distance. Enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. Property is pretty and lobby inviting. Nice rooms. Bed was comfortable. Cozy robes. Steamer provided in room. Valet parking onsite. Staff was friendly.

Third time staying. Previous visits were 5 stars. This stay our room had a balcony facing the main street (our request) and it was extremely noisy after hours. The “curtains” were so sheer, basically see through, that the early morning sun lit up our room like a flood light at 6:30 a.m. and there was no blackout shades. Didn’t have that issue on past stays as we weren’t facing the street. The white comforter on the bed appeared to have a blood stain or perhaps chocolate stain on it. One of the three throw rugs was stained and they were all slippery and sliding on the floor. The ice machine on our floor and the floor below us weren’t working. They suggest you call the front desk ahead of time so valet can retrieve your car, however, both times we called, no one answered the phone despite letting it ring several times. The “complimentary” valet is no longer complimentary. No biggie but we appreciated that it used to be. The lovely complimentary in-room snacks are gone. They used to have the best selection of nuts, bags of chips and small bags of cookies on the coffee service cart in the room. The lovely touches that made the hotel special and stand out from others are now non-existent. Once again, no major complaints but little things add up. There are no luggage racks to set your heavy bags on so if you need to retrieve something from your luggage or travel bag, you either have to throw it on the bed or on the floor. Much more convenient to have the luggage racks that most all hotels utilize. Ladies, there are no magnifying mirrors for applying makeup so if you need one, bring one. The lighting isn’t the best. All in all, we were a bit disappointed this stay. The attention to detail we enjoyed from previous stays wasn’t up to par this time around. The staff continues to be very nice and welcoming.

Super convenient, beautifully designed hotel, friendly staff.

Great design planning and aesthetics, not your standard run of the mill hotel design. Appreciate not having wall-to-wall carpet, and the outdoor patio was a nice option to have.

Bathroom/Shower: not a lot of privacy, there is a gap in the bathroom door even when fully closed. Not sure about all rooms, but our room was definitely for a single or a couple, not for a family.

Luxury, Modern, Clean and Fabulous! Highly Recommend

Very nice construction, love the urban architecture and large bathroom / storage area, patio and seeting area in the King room. Also appreciate the rooftop bar/grill and art around the hotel. Also appreciated the car charging while parked in garage; valet was affordable and very accomodating.

Was a bit noisy from street and above when the maids cleaned the room above.

The rooms were spacious and modernly decorated. Properly was bright and clean. Staff was great and location is ideal.

You can hear footsteps above you. This was the only downside of the experience. When folks upstairs got up and walked around late night and early hours, you can hear it.

Very nice accommodations and excellent location near central square.

Noise from the street and from rooftop bar (our room was on third floor directly underneath outside patio of bar. We stayed in Feb so a quieter time generally and for use of bar. Expect noise to be an issue during busier warmer months. Expensive option.

Love this hotel, the minimalism, and the great amenities in the room. Pool could be heated.

The rooms are very comfortable, functional, and well appointed. We very much appreciated the abundant closet space and the fact that there was a little private terrace. The soaps/shampoo/shower gel were exceptional as well

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel where the safe was broken/not functional (different rooms). We mentioned this the first day we checked in to the front desk staff and they did not send anyone to fix it until the day evening before we were leaving.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were really nice (coffee, wine, snacks). They parked and charged our Tesla. Good location near the town square. Breakfast next door was good.

The location and staff are 👍. Rooms are a generous size. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant options within the hotel and its sister hotels are exceptional. Beautiful rooftop bar was very nice. Had a nice wine varietals that I had never tried and the apps were really good. Again great staff.

Pillows were a little too big and stiff. Our first room had people staying above our room who walked very heavily and it was constant, right up until they went to sleep and then early in the morning. We had to ask for a different room for the next evening and that room was nice and quiet. Pleased that the staff was able to accommodate us with a different room with no push back
